The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to an automated DC electric drive, and can be used in an automated electric drive of machine tools. A DC motor is known that has a series-connected electric motor, a converter, a speed controller, a reference node, a tachogenerator connected to the input of the first differential link, and a motor current sensor connected to the input of an aperiodic amplifier, the output of which is connected to the key via the second trimmer , commuting corrective circuit speed controller 1. A disadvantage of the known electric drive is the low speed at low speeds when reversing and braking under load due to the inertia of the aperiodic amplifier. The formation of a single static current occurs with a delay. In addition, when braking under load, there is a slow current drop in the core, which impairs the dynamic performance of the electric drive. Closest to the proposed by the technical nature of the DC motor, containing a series-connected electric motor, converter, first comparison node, speed controller and second comparison node, one input of which is connected to a tachogenerator, which is connected through a series-connected differentiating link and aperiodic amplifier the second input of the first comparison node, the third input of which is connected to the motor current sensor connected to the second aperiodic input f27 liter The disadvantage of this electric drive is its low speed under load during reverse and braking. The device, consisting of an aperiodic amplifier and a differentiating element, is a static torque sensor, necessary to compensate for the speed error caused by the static load. The minimum value of the time constant of the aperiodic amplifier is selected from the stability conditions of the electric drive as a whole. When reversed and braked under load, especially at low speeds, the transient time increases, which is due to the presence of a constant time of an aperiodic amplifier: - The purpose of the invention is to increase speed,. The goal is achieved by the fact that a series-connected null organ, a time delay element and an I element are introduced into the DC drive, and the aperiodic amplifier is adjustable and the output element I is connected to its regulating inputs, the second input of which is connected to the null organ output, connected to the input input of the second node of the comparison. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a direct current drive; FIG. 2 is a regulated, aperiodic amplifier circuit. The DC motor (FIG. 1) comprises a series-connected motor 1, a converter 2, a comparison node 3, a speed regulator, a comparison node 5, one input of which is connected to a tachogenerator 6, which is through a series-connected differentiating link 7 and an aperiodic amplifier 8 is connected to the second input of the node 3, the third input of which is connected to the motor current sensor 9 connected to the second input of the aperiodic amplifier 8, serially connected null-or-10, element 11 time assay The aperiodic amplifier 8 is complete adjustable and its control input is the output of element 12, the second input of which is connected to the output of the zero-body 10 connected to the input of the comparison node 5 Adjustable aperiodic amplifier 8 (Fig 2) can be made on the basis of the operational amplifier 13, between the output and the inverse input of which are connected in parallel the resistor 1A, the capacitor 15 and the circuit consisting of the control switch 16 connected in series and the resistor 17- Inverting input preamplifier 13 through resistor 18 connected to the output of the current sensor 9, and the forward input through resistor 19 connected to the output of the differentiating unit 7. The actuator operates as follows. When the signal O at the output of the null organ 10 is present, O and at the output of the element 11 time delay, therefore, at the output of element 12 and ta O. The key 1b is closed and the resistor 17 is connected between the output and the input of the operational amplifier 13. When the electric drive is started at the output of 10 appears 1, at the output of a time delay element 11, for example, a single vibrator is 1, since the latter forms a time delay only when the zero-body 10 goes from 1 to O, and at the output of the element. Key 16 opens. The reference signal, fed through the comparison node 5, is amplified by the speed controller L and fed through the comparison node 3 to the converter 2, which connects the electric motor 1 to the power source. The motor 1 accelerates and the signal from the output of the oscillator 6 enters the comparison node 5 and the differentiating link 7, which forms the derivative speed of the electric motor 1. When operating with a static load in steady state, the output of the current sensor 9 produces a negative feedback signal current to the comparison node 3 and to the inverse input of the aperiodic amplifier 8. At the output of the aperiodic amplifier 8, a signal opposite to the signal of the current sensor 9 appears. Thus, there is a forced increase in the current of the core to a value equal to the static load. Aperiodic amplifier.8 and differentiating element 7 form a static moment sensor. The parameters of differentiator 7 and aperiodic amplifier (resistance of resistors 1 and 18, as well as the capacitance of capacitor 15) are chosen so as to ensure the stability of the electric drive in dynamic modes and the compensation of the static component of the current core in a steady state.
When reverse, the reference signal is reversed, at the output of the speed controller k the signal is also reversed and the signal at the output of the comparison node 3 begins to change 5 to the opposite. The time constant of the electric motor's crustal circuit is several orders of magnitude shorter than the time constant of the aperiodic amplifier 8. Therefore, the signal at the output of the comparison node 3 begins to decrease slowly due to the delayed positive current feedback. Since the reference signal When the reverse passes through O, the zero-body 10 generates a pulse, 15 acting on the time delay element 11. Thus, a zero signal appears at the output of the time delay element 11. Element 12 acts on key 16 and connects 20 resistor 17 to the feedback of aperiodic amplifier 8. The time constant of aperiodic amplifier 8 decreases sharply and an intensive drop in the electric current of the electric motor 25 1 occurs. Similarly, braking of the electric motor 1 occurs under load. The time interval of the time delay element 11 is chosen sufficient to form the slope jo of the current drop. The magnitude of the resistor 17 is selected in accordance with the required overshoot of the speed of the electric motor 1 during reverse and braking under load.
Таким образом, электропривод обеспечи15ает повышенное быстродействие под нагрузкой при реверсе и торможении путем изменени передаточной функции апериодического усилител .Thus, the electric drive provides an increased speed under load during reverse and braking by changing the transfer function of the aperiodic amplifier.
