Exempel 3 Exempel 1 upprepades men med deponering av (Ti,A1)N i 23 minuter med en katodeffekt av 5,7 kW pà vardera Ti0,5Al0,5-täIg@t- En grön färg erhölls med följande resultat: a*= -14, b*= -7 0Ch L*= 56.
Exempel 4 Exempel 1 upprepades men Ar-, Kr-, och Ng-genOmStrÖmnínQ ändrad till 250, 150 respektive 70 sccm och deponering av (Ti,Al)N i 23 minuter med en katodeffekt av 3,2 kW pá vardera Ti0,5Al0,5- target. En djup blå färg erhölls med följande resultat: a*= -3, b*= -39 Och L*= 29.
Exempel 5 Exempel 4 upprepades i sin helhet efter en viss tid. Återigen erhölls en djup blà färg med följande resultat: a*= ~5, b*= -37 °Ch L*= 31.
