Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لإنتاج بولي أكريلو نيتريل polyacrylonitrile بواسطة بلمرة polymerisation خليط التفاعل المشتمل على أكريلو نيتريل في محلول حيث أن المذيب solvent يكون عبارة عن نظام سهل الانصهار eutectic system يشتمل على مركب أمونيوم رباعي quaternary ammonium ومانح هيدروجين hydrogen donor. تسمح تلك العملية بإنتاج بولي أكريلو نيتريل له وزن جزيئي عال بشكل مرغوب فيه، مع تقليل زمن البلمرة وتكون المذيبات غير ضارة بالبيئة وقابلة للتحلل الحيوي biodegradable ويمكن أن يتم إعادة استخدامها في عملية البلمرة.
