Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, namely feed production for farm animals and poultry.
A23K 1/10)Known feed product for chickens containing sunflower meal, herbal flour, dry reverse, fodder yeast, meat and bone meal, fish meal, feed fat, mineral and vitamin supplements and grain components, characterized in that half of the fish meal is replaced with flour from stingrays. When fed with such flour as part of mixed feed, the live weight of chickens increases by 4.41% compared with the control, where only fishmeal was the source of animal protein. However, when using the specified feed, along with an increase in the mass of chickens, the feed intake also increased, which reduced the economic indicators of the use of the product, (USSR author's certificate 1704748 1990 A23K 1/10)
Known "Recommendations for feeding poultry," developed by VNITIP, Sergiev-Posad, 2009, p. 6-28. The recipe includes soybean oil and meal, corn, wheat, corn gluten, salt and fish meal (63% protein). According to the recommendations, in the first period of poultry rearing (1-28 days), 5% of fishmeal is added to the feed, and in the second period (29-38 days) - 3% of fishmeal by weight of the feed.
However, when using this feed, both the high cost of compound feed with fishmeal and its significant consumption were noted.
Скармливание корма обеспечивает повышение регулирования метаболических процессов в организме, обеспечивает оптимизацию белкового и углеводного обмена, защиту здоровых клеток организма от патологии, повышает аппетит и позволяет снизить затраты корма на прирост живой массы, обеспечивает увеличение массы потрошенных тушек птицы и сохранность молодняка (см патент РФ 2596069 2013 г А23К 50/75)Known food for broiler chickens including trace elements: copper, zinc, manganese, iron, iodine, selenium, vitamins: A, D3, E, B1, B2, B4 (choline), B12, K3, PP, biotin, folic acid, bioflavonoid dihydroquercetin, amino acids: lysine, methionine and threonine, as well as a filler, which is used as a sunflower meal in an amount of 40-45% and glauconite in an amount of 30-35% by weight of the feed. All components are included in the feed in certain proportions. The feed is fed to broiler chickens by adding it to the main diet, followed by feeding the resulting mixture. In this case, the feed is set in the main diet of chickens according to the scheme: chickens - 0-21 days of age - 3% of the mass of feed; chickens - 21-42 days of age - 2% of the mass of feed. Feeding provides increased regulation of metabolic processes in the body, provides optimization of protein and carbohydrate metabolism, protects healthy body cells from pathology, increases appetite and reduces feed costs for live weight gain, provides an increase in the mass of gutted carcasses of birds and the safety of young animals (see RF patent 2596069 2013 A23K 50/75)
Using animal sources of protein of animal origin in the poultry diet can significantly facilitate the balancing of compound feeds for such amino acids as lysine, methionine, cystine, tryptophan, threonine, arginine, etc.
Feeding broiler chickens and other species of poultry compound feed with a low protein content reduces their resistance to diseases, growth and development, increases the cost of feed for production.
The main and most effective source of animal protein in poultry diets is fish meal. The volume of its production is decreasing every year, and the demand is growing due to the increase in poultry meat production. 90% of fishmeal is imported to Russia. The cost of this product in Europe has almost doubled over the past year and amounted to 1200 Euro / t, and the need for it for domestic broiler production is over 180.0 thousand tons / year.
In general, the situation will be aggravated by a trend towards an increase in the cost of fishmeal, as well as due to the strengthening of state control over compliance with environmental laws and a general increase in competition in the market. Therefore, the search for effective substitutes for fishmeal is an urgent task.
The closest technical solution is a feed product for broiler chickens, balanced in amino acid composition, including wheat, corn, soybean meal, sunflower meal, corn gluten, limestone, defluorinated phosphate, salt, vegetable oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, vitamin and mineral a mixture characterized in that it contains a protein concentrate from feather (BPC), obtained by the method of short-term high-temperature processing in a thin layer, with a digestibility of at least 85% (see RF patent 2573960 A23K 50/75 2014). However, the known feed does not allow to reduce the cost of feed, as the composition contains fishmeal.
The technical task of the claimed invention is the creation of a feed product that provides an increase in zootechnical indicators of broiler chickens with a significant reduction in the cost of animal feed and environmental safety in connection with the use of secondary poultry products in feed production.
%:This object is achieved in that the feed product for broiler chickens includes wheat, corn, soybean meal, limestone, salt, vegetable oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, feather protein concentrate (BPC), while the product additionally contains semi-skimmed soy, monocalcium phosphate , wheat bran, bacell-M, sodium sulfate, mineral blend, choline chloride, vitamin blend, fecord and hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw materials (HA) with a protein content of at least 28%, obtained by the method of short-term heat treatment in a thin a layer whose digestibility is not less than 60%, while for broiler chickens from 1 to 38 days of growing the components are taken in the following ratio, mass. %:
28%.The collagen-containing raw material hydrolyzate is obtained from secondary raw materials of poultry processing, such as bone residue after mechanical deboning of carcasses, bones with pieces of meat, skin and legs. The raw materials are processed in a high-temperature processing apparatus. This technology provides a protein content of at least 28%.
The inclusion of a protein concentrate from feather (BPC) and a collagen-containing raw material (GC) hydrolyzate instead of fish meal can increase the biological and nutritional value of the feed for the protein, its digestibility and reduced feed conversion.
1.The content of protein and basic amino acids in BKP, GK and fishmeal are presented in table 1.
2.The chemical composition and nutritional value of BKP and GK are presented in comparison with fishmeal Table 2.
3.Zootechnical indicators of broiler chickens receiving the claimed feed from 1 to 38 days of life, compared with the analogue, are presented in table 3.
Feeding compound feeds, in which fishmeal was replaced with an adequate protein amount of protein concentrate from feathers and a collagen-containing raw material hydrolyzate, increased live weight of broiler chickens and decreased compound feed conversion.
The technical result of using the proposed feed product is to increase the live weight of broiler chickens at 38 days of age by 5.3%, the cost of feed per 1 kg of live weight gain in the experimental group decreased by 5.2%. The cost of feed consumed per 1 kg of growth decreased by 6.2% compared with the control.
