Изобретение относится к медицине и в частности к стоматологии и может быть использовано в лечении пациентов с болезнями пародонта осложненными гиперфункцией жевательных мышц.The invention relates to medicine and in particular to dentistry and can be used in the treatment of patients with periodontal disease complicated by masticatory muscle hyperfunction.
Из уровня техники известна каппа для лечения парафункций жевательных мышц, выполненная из жесткой пластмассы, разобщающей зубные ряды, отличающаяся тем, что каппа имеет отпечатки зубов-антагонистов нижней челюсти и при латеральных сдвигах нижней челюсти снабжена наклонным пелотом с оральной стороны, противоположной смещению, а при дистальных сдвигах нижней челюсти - с оральной стороны в области верхних фронтальных зубов (Патент РФ №2154440 от 20.08.2000). Известна каппа, используемая для лечения парафункций жевательных мышц (Журнал "Новое в стоматологии", Москва, 1999, N3, с. 3 14, В.А. Хватова "Лечебно-диагностические аппараты"). Автор предлагает шины для симптоматического лечения парафункций жевательных мышц. Для лечения всех форм парафункций, в том числе при латеральных и дистальных сдвигах, шина выполнена из жесткой пластмассы, разобщающей зубные ряды. The prior art known milled dental tire is made monolithically by obtaining an optical impression of the clinical situation in the patient's oral cavity, modeling a computer's tire shape on the lingual surface of the splint teeth with the possibility of fixing the tire at least 1 mm from the marginal gingival margin and milling the tire from polyurethane, the tire has a thickness of 0.2 mm (Patent RF №2477098 from 07.06.2011).
Известна фрезерованная зубная шина выполнена монолитно из полиметилметакрилата, содержащего равномерно распределенные внутри частицы наносеребра до 0,02 мас. %, имеет тело шириной до 3 мм и толщиной до 0,2 мм, совпадающее по форме контура с анатомическими структурами зубов пациента на их лингвальной поверхности, и ретенционные элементы, монолитно связанные с телом шины и выполненные в форме полусферической головки на ножке, края основания которой заовалены, а паз между ними имеет U-образную форму, при этом тело шины выполнено с возможностью расположения на лингвальной поверхности зубов и прохождения ее нижней границы, отступя 1,5 мм от маргинального края десны, ретенционные элементы выполнены с возможностью расположения в межзубных промежутках и их перехода на вестибулярные поверхности зубов, причем шина изготовлена методом фрезерования компьютерной модели, полученной при распознавании оптического оттиска клинической ситуации в полости рта пациента (Патент РФ №2558974 от 01.04.2014).
