Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and, in particular, to a technology for producing conductors with high electrical conductivity.
В. - М., 2000, с. 31-46). It is known that non-ferrous metals - copper and aluminum, their alloys, and also precious metals - gold and silver possess high electrical conductivity. The electrical conductivity of other metals, such as iron, is much lower. (Zhuravleva L.V. Electrical Materials. - M., 2000, p. 31-46).
The values of electrical resistivity ρ characterizing the electrical conductivity of these materials are presented in the table.
However, the absolute values of the electrical resistivity of the above materials with high electrical conductivity are currently actually low and act as a factor holding back the level of technological development.
In electrical, radio engineering, electronic and other fields of science and production, materials with electrical conductivity significantly exceeding the electrical conductivity of the above analogues are required.
The objective of the invention is to obtain a conductor with high electrical conductivity from widespread materials with accessible manufacturing technology, with electrical conductivity exceeding the values of analogues by tens and hundreds of times.
The task is achieved in that the high conductivity effect is formed in the alloy layer, consisting of two metals and representing a conductive thin-walled interlayer tube with surfaces close to ideal during diffusion interaction with metal layers adjacent to the interlayer tube inside and out.
The drawing shows a cross section of a conductor with high conductivity.
99,99.For this, in a vacuum environment, a surface of a copper or nickel wire-base 1 prepared with a high processing class is applied around its entire perimeter with a conductive layer of copper and nickel alloy 2 with a thickness that ensures continuity of the conductive layer of alloy 2 with diffusion of alloy 2 into the surface layer of the wire metal - base . Then, a layer of metal 3 is applied to the conductive layer of alloy 2, which is a copper-nickel pair with the metal of the base wire 1, a thickness that provides protection against mechanical damage to the conductive layer of alloy 2 with the diffusion of the metal into the surface layer of the alloy. The resulting conductor is annealed in vacuum at 850 - 950 o C for 30 - 180 minutes and then naturally cooled together with the heating device to room temperature, while copper and nickel with a purity of at least 99.99 are used for the manufacture of the conductor.
The operation of applying the layers is carried out without removing the product from the vacuum medium in order to prevent oxidation of the conductive layer.
Product length is determined by the capabilities of vacuum equipment.
ρ = ρoexp(-α(R)V),
где ρ - сопротивление проводника, мкОм•м;
ρo - удельное сопротивление меди 0,017241 мкОм•м;
α(R) - физическая константа, зависящая от квалитета поверхности, на которую наносится сплав. При чистоте обработки поверхности проволоки-основы по 14 классу α(R) =1,65•102;
Carrying out these operations in the presented sequence leads to a new technical result - a conductor with high electrical conductivity. The electrical resistance of this conductor is exponentially dependent on the purity of the materials used - copper and nickel. In the range of the purity of materials from 99.99 and higher, the electrical resistance decreases (in comparison with the electrical standard - copper MM, ρ == 0.017241 μOhm • m), respectively, 14 times or more and is determined by the formula established empirically:
ρ = ρ o exp (-α (R) V),
where ρ is the conductor resistance, μOhm • m;
ρ o - specific resistivity of copper 0,017241 µOhm • m;
α (R) is a physical constant depending on the quality of the surface on which the alloy is applied. With a clean surface treatment of the base wire according to class 14, α (R) = 1.65 • 10 2 ;
V is the content of impurities in the material in%, from 0.01 and below.
A conductor with a surface prepared according to class 14 of processing, with a diameter of the base wire of 1.0 mm, a thickness deposited in a vacuum of 10 -6 mm RT. Art. a conductive layer of an alloy of copper and nickel in a volume ratio of 50% to 50% 2.5 μm and the thickness deposited in a vacuum medium with a depth of 10 -6 mm RT. Art. the protective layer of the metal, a pair of copper - nickel with the metal of the base wire, 10 μm, with a material purity of 99.99, has an electrical resistance ρ = 0.00123 μOhm • m, which is 14 times lower in comparison with the copper conductor analog .
The advantage of a conductor of high electrical conductivity obtained by this technology is that its electrical conductivity is much higher than the electrical conductivity of analogues, that the diameter of the wire taken as a basis can be any, that widespread, inexpensive materials are used in production, that it is possible to obtain wires of any length with mechanical qualities of the wire taken as a basis.
