Claims (15)
1. Полимер акриловой кислоты, имеющий средневесовую молекулярную массу Mw в интервале от 3500 до 12000 г/моль и индекс полидисперсности Mw/Mn≤2.5, где от 30% до 60% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты были нейтрализованы ионами кальция, от 30% до 70% полимеров акриловой кислоты были нейтрализованы ионами натрия и от 0% до 10% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты не были нейтрализованы.
2. Полимер акриловой кислоты по п. 1, где от 40% до 60% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты были нейтрализованы ионами кальция, от 40% до 60% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты были нейтрализованы ионами натрия и от 0% до 10% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты не были нейтрализованы.
3. Полимер акриловой кислоты по п. 1 или 2, где индекс полидисперсности Mw/Mn составляет от 1.5 до 2.2.
4. Способ получения водных растворов полимеров акриловой кислоты по любому из пп. 1-3 посредством полимеризации акриловой кислоты в режиме подпитки с инициатором свободнорадикальной полимеризации в присутствии агента переноса цепи в воде в качестве растворителя, где способ включает
(i) изначально загрузку воды и необязательно акриловой кислоты в кислотной, ненейтрализованной форме, необязательно одного или более этиленненасыщенных сомономеров, необязательно агента переноса цепи и необязательно инициатора,
(ii) добавление акриловой кислоты, необязательно одного или более этиленненасыщенных сомономеров, водного раствора инициатора свободнорадикальной полимеризации и агента переноса цепи,
(iii) добавление основания в водный раствор после прекращения подачи акриловой кислоты,
где на стадии (iii) основание, содержащее ионы натрия, и основание, содержащее ионы кальция, добавляют в таких количествах, что от 30% до 60% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты нейтрализованы ионами кальция, от 30% до 70% полимеров акриловой кислоты нейтрализованы ионами натрия и от 0% до 10% кислотных групп полимеров акриловой кислоты не нейтрализованы.
5. Способ по п. 4, где на стадии (iii) сначала добавляют основание, содержащее ионы кальция, и затем основание, содержащее ионы натрия.
6. Способ по п. 4, где основание, содержащее ионы натрия, выбрано из гидроксида натрия и карбоната натрия.
7. Способ по п. 4, где основание, содержащее ионы кальция, выбрано из гидроксида кальция и карбоната кальция.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 4-7, где агент переноса цепи представляет собой гипофосфит.
9. Полимер акриловой кислоты, полученный из водных растворов по любому из пп. 4-8.
10. Применение полимеров акриловой кислоты по любому из пп. 1-3 и 9 в качестве вспомогательного средства диспергирования и измельчения в водных дисперсиях твердых веществ.
11. Применение по п. 10 в водных дисперсиях CaCO3, каолина, талька, TiO2, ZnO, ZrO2, Al2O3 или MgO.
