Claims (11)
1. Композиция концентрата добавок, содержащая полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимер-носитель (А) и пакет добавок, содержащий кислотный катализатор конденсации (В); причем (А) составляет от 50 до 99 массовых процентов (% мас.), а пакет добавок составляет от 1 до 50% мас. от общей массы (100,00% мас.) композиции концентрата добавок; причем кристалличность полукристаллического полиолефинового полимера-носителя (А) составляет от 50 до < 100% мас., и (А) состоит по существу из любого из компонентов от (i) до (vi): (i) полукристаллического полиэтилена средней плотности; (ii) полукристаллического полиэтилена высокой плотности; (iii) полукристаллического полипропилена; (iv) полукристаллического сополимера этилен/пропилен; (v) полукристаллического сополимера поли(этилен-со-альфа-олефин); (vi) комбинации (например, смеси или комбинации) любых двух или более компонентов из (i), (ii) и (v); и при этом полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимер-носитель (A) не содержит никакого полимера-носителя, отличного от полукристаллического полиолефинового полимера-носителя (A).
2. Композиция концентрата добавок по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что полукристаллический полиолефиновый полимер-носитель (А) имеет (i) плотность по меньшей мере 0,925 г/см3 и представляет собой полиэтилен или плотность от 0,89 до 0,90 г/см3 и представляет собой полипропилен; (ii) кристалличность по меньшей мере 50% мас. и представляет собой полиэтилен; (iii) индекс текучести расплава (MFI) от 0,1 до 20 грамм за 10 минут (г/10 мин) при 190°С/2,16 кг нагрузки и представляет собой полиэтилен или показатель текучести расплава (MFR) от 0,5 до 50 г/10 мин. при 230°С/2,16 кг нагрузки и представляет собой полипропилен; (iv) мономодальное распределение молекулярных масс (MWD); (v) бимодальное MWD; (vi) обе характеристики, и (i), и (ii); (vii) обе характеристики, и (i), и (iii); (viii) обе характеристики, и (ii), и (iii); (ix) обе характеристики, и (iv), и по меньшей мере одну из характеристик от (i) до (iii); или (x) обе характеристики, и (v) и, по меньшей мере, одну из характеристик от (i) до (iii).
3. Композиция концентрата добавок по любому из пп. 1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор кислотной конденсации (B) представляет собой (i) органическую сульфоновую кислоту, органическую фосфоновую кислоту или галоидоводород; (ii) органическую сульфоновую кислоту; (iii) алкилзамещенную арилсульфоновую кислоту; (iv) алкилзамещенную арилсульфоновую кислоту, в которой присутствует(ют) 1 или 2 (С5-С20) алкильных заместителя и 1 арильная группа, которая представляет собой фенил или нафтил; (v) (C1-C5)алкилфосфоновую кислоту, в которой (C1-C5) алкил является незамещенным или замещенным одной группой -NH2; (vi) HF, HCl или HBr; (vii) кислоту Льюиса; или (viii) комбинацию любых двух или более кислот из вариантов от (i) до (vii).
4. Композиция концентрата добавок по любому из пп. 1-3, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере одну добавку, выбранную из: (C) - вторичного диариламина формулы (I): (R1-Ar)2NH (I), где каждый Ar представляет собой бензол-1,4-диил или оба Ar связаны друг с другом, и вместе с NH из формулы (I) составляют карбазол-3,6-диил; и каждый R1 независимо представляет собой (С1-С20)гидрокарбил; (D) - одного или двух вторых антиоксидантов, каждый из которых имеет структуру, отличную от формулы (I) и друг от друга; (E) - технологической добавки; (F) - красителя; (G) - деактиватора металлов; (Н) - гидролизуемого силана с отсутствующей ненасыщенной углерод-углеродной связью; (I) - ингибитора коррозии; (J) - комбинации любых двух или более добавок от (D) до (I); и (K) - продукта реакции (B) и (C).
5. Композиция концентрата добавок по п. 4, дополнительно содержащая продукт (K) реакции (B) и (C), причем: (i) продукт реакции (B) и (C) включает соль, образованную в результате кислотно-основной реакции (В) и (С); (ii) пакет добавок дополнительно содержит непрореагировавший компонент (B), но не содержит непрореагировавший (C); (iii) пакет добавок дополнительно содержит непрореагировавший компонент (C), но не содержит непрореагировавший (B); или (iv) пакет добавок дополнительно содержит непрореагировавший компонент (B) и непрореагировавший компонент (C).

Влагоотверждаемая полиолефиновая композиция, содержащая композицию концентрата добавок по любому из пп. 1-5 и полиолефиновый форполимер, функционализированный гидролизуемой силильной группой; причем в полиолефиновом форполимере, функционализированным гидролизуемой силильной группой: (i) каждая гидролизуемая силильная группа независимо представляет собой одновалентную группу формулы (II): (R2)m(R3)3-mSi- (II); где индекс m обозначает целое число 1, 2 или 3; каждый R2 независимо представляет собой H, HO-, (C1-C6)алкокси, (C2-C6)карбокси, ((C1-C6)алкил)2N-, (C1-C6)алкил (H)C=NO- или ((С1-С6)алкил)2C=NO-; и каждый R3 независимо представляет собой (C1-C6)алкил или фенил; (ii) полиолефин представляет собой полимер на основе полиэтилена, на основе поли(этилен-со-(С3-С40)альфа-олефина) или их комбинации; или (iii) реализованы оба варианта, (i) и (ii).
7. Способ изготовления влагоотверждаемой полиолефиновой композиции, включающий смешивание полиолефинового форполимера, функционализированного гидролизуемой силильной группой, и разделенной твердой формы композиции концентрата добавок по любому из пп. 1-5 для получения смеси; и плавление или экструдирование смеси для получения влагоотверждаемой полиолефиновой композиции.
8. Влагоотвержденная полиолефиновая композиция, которая представляет собой продукт отверждения влагой влагоотверждаемой полиолефиновой композиции по п. 6 или композиции, полученной способом получения влагоотвержденной полиолефиновой композиции по п. 7.
9. Произведенное изделие, включающее сложную форму влагоотвержденной полиолефиновой композиции по п. 8.
10. Проводник с покрытием, содержащий проводящий сердечник и полимерный слой, по меньшей мере частично окружающий проводящий сердечник, причем по меньшей мере часть полимерного слоя содержит влагоотвержденную полиолефиновую композицию по п. 8.
11. Способ пропускания электричества, включающий подачу напряжения на проводящий сердечник проводника с покрытием по п. 10 для генерирования потока электричества через проводящий сердечник.
