Claims (12)
1. Способ дифференцировки PDX1-позитивных панкреатических клеток-предшественников в NKX6.1-позитивные панкреатические клетки-предшественники с помощью культуральной среды, содержащей a) KGF и b) SANT1, причем культуральная среда практически не содержит активатор протеинкиназы С (PKC).
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что активатором PKC является форбол-12,13-дибутират (PdBu) или ТРВ.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что активатором PKC является PdBu.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что активатором PCK является ТРВ.
5. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий использование ретиноевой кислоты (RA).
6. Способ дифференцировки PDX1-позитивных панкреатических клеток-предшественников в NKX6.1-позитивные панкреатические клетки-предшественники с помощью культуральной среды, содержащей a) KGF и b) SANT1, причем культуральная среда практически не содержит ингибитор сигнального пути BMP.
7. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что ингибитором сигнального пути BMP является ноггин, хордин, гремлин и фоллистатин, а также LDN 193189.
8. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что ингибитором сигнального пути BMP является ноггин.
9. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что ингибитором сигнального пути BMP является хордин.
10. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что ингибитором сигнального пути BMP является гремлин.
11. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что ингибитором сигнального пути BMP является фоллистатин.
12. Способ по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что ингибитором сигнального пути BMP является LDN 193189.
