Claims (38)

1. Выхлопная система для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, причем выхлопная система включает,
а. ловушку обедненного NOx и
b. монолитную подложку с пристеночным течением, имеющую пористость с предварительно нанесенным покрытием 40% или больше, и включающую зону каталитического окисления, причем зона каталитического окисления содержит металл платиновой группы, нанесенный на первый носитель, причем первый носитель включает по меньшей мере один неорганический оксид и соединение цинка.
2. Выхлопная система по п. 1, в которой соединение цинка выбирается из группы, состоящей из оксида цинка, нитрата цинка, карбоната цинка, гидроксида цинка, или смеси двух или более из них.
3. Выхлопная система по одному из п. 1 или 2, в которой неорганический оксид содержит оксид церия.
4. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой первый носитель дополнительно включает оксид алюминия и/или алюминат.
5. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой первый носитель включает оксид алюминия и смешанный оксид церия-циркония.
6. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой соединение цинка имеет размер частиц согласно d90 в диапазоне от 1 до 25 мкм.
7. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой первый носитель включает соединение цинка с содержанием в диапазоне от 5 до 500 г/фут3 (0,175-17,5 г/дм3).
8. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой металл платиновой группы выбирается из группы, состоящей из платины, палладия, родия, и смесей любых двух или более из них.
9. Выхлопная система по п. 8, в которой металл платиновой группы включает смесь платины и палладия в весовом отношении Pt:Pd в диапазоне от 0,5:1 до 7:1, предпочтительно от 1:1 до 6:1.
10. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой общее содержание металла платиновой группы в зоне катализатора окисления составляет величину в диапазоне от 5 до 100 г/фут3 (0,175-3,5 г/дм3).
11. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой пористость с предварительно нанесенным покрытием монолитной подложки с пристеночным течением составляет 41% или больше, предпочтительно 42% или больше, более предпочтительно 43% или больше.
12. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой зона катализатора окисления дополнительно включает по меньшей мере одно соединение щелочноземельного металла.
13. Выхлопная система по п. 12, в которой по меньшей мере одно или каждое соединение щелочноземельного металла включает оксид, карбонат и/или гидроксид магния, кальция, стронция или бария, или смесь любых двух или более из этих соединений
14. Выхлопная система по одному из п. 12 или 13, в которой первый носитель включает щелочноземельный металл с содержанием в диапазоне от 90 до 200 г/фут3 (3,15-7 г/дм3).
15. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой зона катализатора окисления наносится в виде одиночного слоя.
16. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой нанесение покрытия из пористого оксида в зоне катализатора окисления проводится в диапазоне от 0,05 до 3,0 г/дюйм3 (3,05-183,1 г/дм3), предпочтительно в диапазоне от 0,1 до 2,0 г/дюйм3 (6,1-122,04 г/дм3).
17. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающая зону селективного каталитического восстановления на монолитной подложке, причем зона селективного каталитического восстановления содержит медь или железо, нанесенные на второй носитель, причем второй носитель содержит молекулярное сито.
18. Выхлопная система по п. 17, в которой молекулярное сито выбирается из группы, состоящей из бета-цеолита (BEA), фожазита (FAU), L-цеолита, шабазита, ZSM-цеолита, мелкопористого молекулярного сита, имеющего максимальный размер отверстия поры из восьми тетраэдрических атомов, предпочтительно CHA, ERI или AEI, SSZ-цеолита, ферриерита (FER), морденита (MOR), оффретита (OFF), клиноптилолита (HEU), силикалита, алюмофосфатного молекулярного сита, мезопористого цеолита, или смесей любых двух или более из них.
19. Выхлопная система по одному из п. 17 или 18, в которой содержание покрытия из пористого оксида в селективной каталитической зоне составляет величину в диапазоне от 0,5 до 3,0 г/дюйм3 (30,5-183,1 г/дм3).
20. Выхлопная система по любому из пп. 17-19, в которой зона катализатора окисления находится на первой монолитной подложке с пристеночным течением, и зона селективного каталитического восстановления находится на второй монолитной подложке.
21. Выхлопная система по любому из пп. 17-19, в которой зона катализатора окисления и зона селективного каталитического восстановления в каждом случае находятся на участках одной и той же монолитной подложки с пристеночным течением.
22. Выхлопная система по п. 21, в которой зона катализатора окисления размещается в каналах монолитной подложки с пристеночным течением от одного ее конца, и зона селективного каталитического восстановления размещается в каналах монолитной подложки с пристеночным течением от другого ее конца.
23. Выхлопная система по п. 22, в которой зона катализатора окисления является протяженной на величину между 10% и 90% осевой длины монолитной подложки, и зона селективного каталитического восстановления является протяженной на величину между 90% и 10% осевой длины монолитной подложки.
24. Выхлопная система по п. 23, в которой осевая длина зоны катализатора окисления и осевая длина зоны селективного каталитического восстановления перекрываются на 20% или менее общей осевой длины монолитной подложки.
25. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением включает поры, имеющие диаметр, причем поры монолитной подложки с пристеночным течением имеют диаметр в диапазоне от 9 мкм до 25 мкм.
26. Выхлопная система по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением включает впускной конец, имеющий впускные каналы, и выпускной конец, имеющий выпускные каналы, и зона катализатора окисления находится на стенках впускных каналов впускного конца монолитной подложки и/или внутри них, и/или внутри стенок выпускных каналов выпускного конца монолитной подложки.
27. Каталитическая монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением, причем монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением имеет на ней зону катализатора окисления, причем монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением имеет пористость с предварительно нанесенным покрытием 40% или больше, причем зона катализатора окисления содержит металл платиновой группы, нанесенный на первый носитель, причем первый носитель содержит по меньшей мере один неорганический оксид и соединение цинка.
28. Каталитическая монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением по п. 27, в которой неорганический оксид включает оксид церия.
29. Способ изготовления каталитической монолитной подложки, причем способ включает
а. формирование монолитной подложки с пристеночным течением, причем монолитная подложка с пристеночным течением имеет пористость с предварительно нанесенным покрытием 40% или больше,
b. приготовление композиции покрытия из пористого оксида для зоны катализатора окисления, включающей источник металла платиновой группы, первый носитель, включающий по меньшей мере один неорганический оксид, и источник соединения цинка, и
с. нанесение покрытия из пористого оксида для зоны катализатора окисления на первый участок монолитной подложки.
30. Способ по п. 29, в котором неорганический оксид в стадии b. включает оксид церия.
31. Способ обработки выхлопных газов из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, причем способ включает протекание выхлопного газа через выхлопную систему по любому из пп. 1-26, причем выхлопной газ содержит обедненный выхлопной газ, который периодически становится обогащенным.
32. Двигатель с воспламенением от сжатия, оснащенный выхлопной системой по любому из пп. 1-26.
33. Транспортное средство, включающее двигатель с воспламенением от сжатия и выхлопную систему по п. 32.
