Claims (38)
1. Компьютеризованный способ, включающий:
прием результатов взаимодействия от пользователя, включая идентификацию одного или нескольких участков конечности тела пользователя, причем один или несколько участков конечности имеют отношение к выбору одного или нескольких ортопедических товаров;
обеспечение экранных указаний и взаимодействий для помощи в позиционировании одного или нескольких участков конечностей относительно одного или нескольких датчиков изображения;
прием данных сканирования от одного или нескольких датчиков изображения;
создание модели одного или нескольких участков конечностей на основе данных сканирования, включающих вычисление одной или нескольких полных окружностей одного или нескольких участков конечностей;
идентификацию одного или нескольких ортопедических товаров на основе сравнения модели одного или нескольких участков конечностей и одного или нескольких показателей, связанных с пользователем и множеством ортопедических товаров; и
предоставление рекомендации, которая включает один или несколько ортопедических товаров.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором:
данные сканирования включают изображения пользователя спереди; и
вычисление одной или нескольких полных окружностей одного или нескольких участков конечностей включает определение формы одного или нескольких участков конечностей, которая не видна на изображениях.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором один или несколько показателей включают индекс массы тела пользователя.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором обеспечение экранных указаний и взаимодействий включает:
прием данных сканирования от одного или нескольких датчиков изображения, причем данные сканирования представлены для ноги, которая включает колено;
определение присутствует ли правильная нога;
в ответ на определение того, что нога правильная, определение видно ли колено; и
в ответ на то, что колено видимо, определение находится ли нога в первом положении.
5. Способ по п. 4, дополнительно включающий в ответ на определение того, что нога неправильная, колено не видно и нога находится во втором положении, выдачу пользователю инструкций по внесению изменений.
6. Способ по п. 4, в котором колено не видно, потому что одежда закрывает часть колена.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором создание модели одного или нескольких участков конечностей на основе данных сканирования включает:
выполнение сегментации точечного облака для разделения данных сканирования на точечные кластеры;
определение точечно-кластерного центроида для каждого точечного кластера;
определение положений суставов в ноге на основе центроидов точечного облака;
создание двумерной глубинной карты ноги на основе положений суставов;
создание точечного облака ноги на основе двумерной глубинной карты;
вычисление одной или нескольких частичных окружностей, которые соответствуют одной или нескольким точкам ноги из точечного облака; и
вычисление одной или нескольких полных окружностей на основе одной или нескольких частичных окружностей.
8. Способ по п. 7, в котором одна или несколько полных окружностей имеют овальную форму.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором предоставление пользователю рекомендаций включает отправку рекомендации на электронный адрес пользователя.
10. Интерактивный терминал, содержащий:
дисплей, выполненный с возможностью приема результатов взаимодействия от пользователя, включая идентификацию одного или нескольких участков конечностей тела пользователя, причем один или несколько участков конечностей имеют отношение к выбору одного или нескольких ортопедических товаров, и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения экранных указаний и взаимодействий для помощи в размещении стопы пользователя на одной или более из подставки для стоп и приподнятой относительно одного или нескольких датчиков изображения платформы для стоп;
подставку для стоп, выполненную с возможностью восприятия давления от стопы пользователя;
приподнятую платформу для стоп, которая снижает или предотвращает вращательное движение стопы пользователя;
один или несколько датчиков изображения, выполненных с возможностью сбора данных сканирования пользователя;
один или несколько процессоров, соединенных с памятью;
моделирующий движок, хранимый в памяти и выполненный с возможностью создания модели одного или нескольких участков конечностей на основе данных сканирования, причем модель включает одну или несколько расчетных овальных форм одного или нескольких участков конечностей; и
товарный модуль пользовательского интерфейса, хранимый в памяти и выполненный с возможностью идентификации одного или нескольких ортопедических товаров для пользователя на основе сравнения модели одного или нескольких участков конечностей с параметрами, связанными с множеством ортопедических товаров;
причем дисплей предоставляет пользователю рекомендации, которые включают один или несколько ортопедических товаров.
11. Интерактивный терминал по п. 10, в котором приподнятая платформа для стоп включает левое углубление, выполненное с возможностью приема левой стопы, правое углубление, выполненное с возможностью принятия правой стопы, и центральное углубление, выполненное с возможностью принятия левой стопы или правой стопы в зависимости от типа рекомендуемого ортопедического товара.
