Claims (28)
1. Фотохромное оптическое изделие, содержащее:
(I) оптическую подложку;
(II) фотохромный слой на поверхности вышеупомянутой оптической подложки, который содержит фотохромное соединение;
(III) защитный слой на поверхности фотохромного слоя, содержащий матрицу, содержащую остатки этиленненасыщенного радикально полимеризующегося материала, в котором имеется по меньшей мере одна аллофанатная группа.
2. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, в котором фотохромный слой содержит матрицу с уретановыми связями.
3. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, в котором вышепомянутое фотохромное соединение вышепомянутого фотохромного слоя выбрано из группы, состоящей из идено-объединенных нафтопиранов, нафто[1,2-b]пиранов [2,1-b], нафто[1,2-b] пиранов, спирофлюорено[1,2-b]пиранов, пентантропиранов, хинолинопиранов, флуороантенопиранов, спиропиранов, бензоксазинов, нафтооксазинов, спиро(индолино)нафтоксазинов, спиро(индолино)пиридобензоксазинов, спиро(индолино)флуорантеноксазинов, спиро(индолино)хинооксазинов, фульгидов, фульгимидов, диарилэтенов, диарилалкилэтенов, диарилалкенэтенов и комбинаций двух или более из них.
4. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, в котором вышеупомянутая матрица вышеупомянутого защитного слоя дополнительно содержит остатки аминопластичного материала.
5. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, в котором вышеупомянутая матрица вышеупомянутого защитного слоя дополнительно содержит остатки второго этиленненасыщенного радикально полимеризуемого материала, не имеющего аллофанатных групп.
6. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит слой твердого покрытия, расположенный на вышеупомянутом защитном слое.
7. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, которое дополнительно содержит поляризационный слой, который помещен между вышеупомянутой поверхностью вышеупомянутой оптической подложки и вышеупомянутым фотохромным слоем или на вышеупомянутом фотохромном слое.
8. Фотохромное оптическое изделие по п. 1, в котором фотохромное оптическое изделие является фотохромным офтальмологическим изделием.
9. Способ изготовления фотохромного оптического изделия, который включает в себя:
(a) нанесение фотохромного отверждаемого состава на поверхность оптической подложки, в результате чего на вышеупомянутой поверхности вышеупомянутой оптической подложки образуется отверждаемый фотохромный слой, причем вышеупомянутый отверждаемый состав фотохромного покрытия содержит фотохромное соединение;
(b) по меньшей мере частичное отверждение вышеупомянутого отверждаемого фотохромного слоя, в результате чего на вышеупомянутой поверхности вышеупомянутой оптической подложки образуется по меньшей мере частично отвержденный фотохромный слой;
(с) нанесение отверждаемого состава защитного покрытия на вышеупомянутый по меньшей мере частично отвержденный фотохромный слой, в результате чего на вышеупомянутом по меньшей мере частично отвержденном фотохромном слое образуется отверждаемый защитный слой, причем вышеупомянутый состав отверждаемого защитного слоя содержит этиленненасыщенный радикально полимеризующийся материал, имеющий по меньшей мере одну аллофанатную группу
(d) по меньшей мере, частичное отверждение вышеупомянутого отверждаемого защитного слоя, в результате чего на вышеупомянутом по меньшей мере частично отвержденном фотохромном слое создается отвержденный, по меньшей мере частично, защитный слой.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутый отверждаемый фотохромный слой отвержден, по меньшей мере частично, воздействием повышенной температуры, и вышеупомянутый отверждаемый защитный слой отвержден, по меньшей мере частично, воздействием актинического излучения.
11. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутый отвержденный, по меньшей мере частично, фотохромный слой содержит матрицу с уретановыми связями.
12. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутое фотохромное соединение вышеупомянутого отверждаемого состава фотохромного покрытия выбирается из группы, состоящей из индено-объединенных нафтопиранов, нафто[1,2-b]пиранов, нафто[2,1-b]пиранов, спирофлуороэно[1,2-b]пиранов, феноантропиранов, хилинопиранов, флуороантепиранов, спиропиранов, бензоксазинов, нафтоксазинов, спиро(индолин)нафтоксазинов, спиро (индолин)пиридообензоксазинов, спиро(индолин)флуороантексазинов, спиро(индолин)хиноксазинов, фульгинов, фульгимидов, диарилэтенов, диарилэтенов, диарилалкилэтенов, диарилалкенэтенов и комбинаций двух этих соединений или более.
13. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутый отверждаемый состав защитного покрытия содержит амнопласт, а вышеупомянутый отверждаемый защитный слой отвержден, по меньшей мере частично, воздействием актинического излучения и, необязательно, повышенной температуры.
14. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутый отверждаемый состав защитного покрытия содержит второй этиленненасыщенный радикально полимеризуемый материал, не имеющий аллофанатных групп.
15. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутый отверждаемый состав защитного покрытия имеет содержание твердых веществ, равное от 95 до 100 весовым процентам, от общего веса вышеупомянутого отверждаемого состава защитного покрытия.
16. Способ по п. 9, дополнительно включающий в себя:
нанесение отверждаемого состава твердого покрытия на вышеупомянутый отвержденный, по меньшей мере частично, защитный слой, в результате чего на отвержденный по меньшей мере частично защитный слой, наносится отверждаемый слой твердого покрытия, и
по меньшей мере частичное отверждение вышеупомянутого отверждаемого слоя твердого покрытия, в результате чего на вышеупомянутом отвержденном, по меньшей мере частично, защитном слое создается отвержденный, по меньшей мере частично, слой твердого покрытия.
17. Способ по п. 9, дополнительно включающий в себя создание поляризационного слоя, который помещен между вышеупомянутой поверхностью вышеупомянутой оптической подложки и вышеупомянутым отвержденным, по меньшей мере частично, фотохромным слоем или
на вышеупомянутом по меньшей мере частично отвержденном фотохромном слое.
18. Способ по п. 9, в котором вышеупомянутое фотохромное оптическое изделие является фотохромным офтальмологическим изделием.
