Claims (29)

1. Декоративная накладка транспортного средства, содержащая:
закрывающий панельный участок, установленный на кузовную панель транспортного средства;
несущий элемент, расположенный между закрывающим панельным участком и кузовной панелью, причем несущий элемент имеет открытую часть, выполненную с возможностью люминесцировать в ответ на возбуждение светом; и
по меньшей мере один источник света, расположенный в несущем элементе и выполненный с возможностью испускания света для возбуждения открытой части.
2. Декоративная накладка по п. 1, в которой несущий элемент выполнен в виде оптического волновода и образован инжекционным формованием на декоративной накладке.
3. Декоративная накладка по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света расположен на гибкой схеме, зацепленной защелкиванием с несущим элементом.
4. Декоративная накладка по п. 1, расположенная вдоль поясной линии транспортного средства.
5. Декоративная накладка по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью периодического испускания света, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала в мигающей конфигурации.
6. Декоративная накладка по п. 1, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью испускания света с меняющейся интенсивностью, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала с первой яркостью для указания первого состояния транспортного средства и второй яркостью для указания второго состояния транспортного средства.
7. Декоративная накладка по п. 4, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью испускания света с меняющейся интенсивностью, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала с первой яркостью для указания первого состояния транспортного средства и второй яркостью для указания второго состояния транспортного средства.
8. Декоративная накладка по п. 1, в которой кузовная панель представляет собой одну из боковой панели, задней панели, в том числе, панели багажника.
9. Декоративная накладка транспортного средства, содержащая:
закрывающий панельный участок, частично покрывающий кузовную панель транспортного средства;
несущий элемент, расположенный между закрывающим панельным участком и кузовной панелью, причем несущий элемент имеет открытую часть, выполненную с возможностью люминесцировать в ответ на возбуждение светом; и
по меньшей мере один источник света, выполненный с возможностью испускания света для возбуждения открытой части и расположенный на гибкой схеме, зацепленной защелкиванием с несущим элементом.
10. Декоративная накладка по п. 9, в которой несущий элемент выполнен в виде оптического волновода и образован инжекционным формованием на декоративной накладке поясной линии.
11. Декоративная накладка по п. 9, расположенная вдоль поясной линии транспортного средства.
12. Декоративная накладка по п. 9, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью периодического испускания света, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала в мигающей конфигурации.
13. Декоративная накладка по п. 9, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью испускания света с меняющейся интенсивностью, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала с первой яркостью для указания первого состояния транспортного средства и второй яркостью для указания второго состояния транспортного средства.
14. Декоративная накладка по п. 9, содержащая множество источников света, расположенных в несущем элементе, при этом открытая часть выполнена с возможностью люминесцировать первым цветом, когда введена в действие первая часть множества источников света, и вторым цветом, когда введена в действие вторая часть множества источников света.
15. Декоративная накладка транспортного средства, содержащая:
закрывающий панельный участок, частично покрывающий кузовную панель транспортного средства;
несущий элемент, образованный инжекционным формованием на закрывающем панельном участке и расположенный между закрывающим панельным участком и кузовной панелью, причем несущий элемент имеет открытую часть, выполненную с возможностью люминесцировать в ответ на возбуждение светом; и
по меньшей мере один источник света, выполненный с возможностью испускания света для возбуждения открытой части и расположенный на гибкой схеме, зацепленной защелкиванием с несущим элементом.
16. Декоративная накладка по п. 15, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью испускания синего света.
17. Декоративная накладка по п. 15, расположенная вдоль поясной линии транспортного средства.
18. Декоративная накладка по п. 15, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью периодического испускания света, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала в мигающей конфигурации.
19. Декоративная накладка по п. 15, в которой по меньшей мере один источник света выполнен с возможностью испускания света с меняющейся интенсивностью, так чтобы открытая часть люминесцировала с первой яркостью для указания первого состояния транспортного средства и второй яркостью для указания второго состояния транспортного средства.
20. Декоративная накладка по п. 15, содержащая множество источников света, расположенных в несущем элементе, при этом открытая часть выполнена с возможностью люминесцировать первым цветом, когда введена в действие первая часть множества источников света, и вторым цветом, когда введена в действие вторая часть множества источников света.
