Claims (20)
1. Система для дополнительной очистки выхлопных газов, содержащая
по меньшей мере один элемент для очистки выхлопных газов и
устройство для рассеивания твердых частиц, расположенное перед элементом для очистки выхлопных газов,
содержащее по меньшей мере одну сопловую трубку, имеющую сформированные в ней сопла, и выполненное с возможностью впрыскивания сжатого газа в направлении элемента для очистки выхлопных газов для минимизации нарастания на нем отложений твердых частиц.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой устройство для рассеивания твердых частиц включает упорядоченные группы сопловых трубок, причем каждая сопловая трубка содержит сформированные в ней сопла.
3. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая источник сжатого воздуха, сообщающийся с устройством для рассеивания твердых частиц.
4. Система по п. 3, дополнительно содержащая накопитель, расположенный за указанным источником и перед устройством для рассеивания твердых частиц.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой в качестве элемента для очистки выхлопных газов использован элемент для очистки выхлопных газов с селективным каталитическим нейтрализатором.
6. Система по п. 1, в которой элемент для очистки выхлопных газов содержит элементы для очистки выхлопных газов с селективным каталитическим нейтрализатором.
7. Система по п. 6, в которой устройство для рассеивания твердых частиц содержит упорядоченные группы сопловых трубок, причем каждая сопловая трубка соответствует заданному элементу для очистки выхлопных газов с селективным каталитическим нейтрализатором.
8. Система по п. 6, в которой устройство для рассеивания твердых частиц содержит упорядоченные группы сопловых трубок, при этом каждая сопловая трубка соответствует заданному месту между элементами для очистки выхлопных газов с селективным каталитическим нейтрализатором.
9. Система по п. 8, в которой указанное заданное место является мертвой зоной между элементами для очистки выхлопных газов с селективным каталитическим нейтрализатором.
10. Система по п. 2, в которой каждая сопловая трубка является прямой.
11. Система по п. 2, в которой каждая сопловая трубка является кольцеобразной.
12. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая дозирующий модуль для дозированной подачи жидкости для обработки выхлопа.
13. Система для дополнительной очистки выхлопных газов, содержащая
элементы для очистки выхлопных газов, расположенные с образованием упорядоченной группы;
сажеобдуватель, расположенный непосредственно перед элементами для очистки выхлопных газов, причем сажеобдуватель содержит упорядоченную группу сопловых трубок, каждая из которых имеет сопла, при этом каждая упорядоченная группа сопловых трубок соответствует одному из элементов для очистки выхлопных газов; и
источник сжатого газа, сообщающийся с сажеобдувателем,
причем сжатый газ, подаваемый на сажеобдуватель, впрыскивается посредством каждой из сопел в направлении элементов для очистки выхлопных газов для рассеяния твердых частиц и сажи, находящихся на элементах для очистки выхлопных газов.
