Abstract

1. Композиция, включающая:состав для получения жесткого пенополиуретана, при этом состав содержит(1) по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент;(2) по меньшей мере, один компонент, реакционноспособный по отношению к изоцианату, содержащий(a) от 30 до 50% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, первого полиэфирполиола, характеризующегося величиной гидроксильного числа в интервале 350-550 миллиграмм гидроксида калия на грамм полиола и функциональностью более 5;(b) от 5 до 25% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, по меньшей мере, один диол, характеризующийся величиной гидроксильного числа в интервале 100-300 миллиграмм гидроксида калия на грамм диола; и(c) от 15 до 35% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, по меньшей мере, второй полиэфирполиол, характеризующийся функциональностью в интервале 3-5;(3) от 1,5-5% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, катализатора, выбираемого из диметилбензиламина, 1,2-диметилимидазола, а также их сочетаний;(4) от более 0 до 1% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, катализатора, выбираемого из соли глицина, трис-(диметиламинометил)фенола, а также их сочетаний;(5) более чем 4,1% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, воды, в качестве вспенивающего агента; и, необязательно,(6) любое дополнительное составляющее или составляющие;при условии, что вес компонентов 2-6 составляет в общем 100 вес.% и, при отсутствии, по меньшей мере, одного изоцианатного компонента (1), данный состав характеризуется величиной динамической вязкости в интервале 540-864 миллипаскаль·секунда при 20 градусах Цельсия;которая при взаимодействии в условиях одностадийного режима образует жесткий пенополиуретан, характеризующийся отношением молекулярной массы к сшивке в интервале 380-420.2. Claims (9)

1. Композиция, включающая:
состав для получения жесткого пенополиуретана, при этом состав содержит
(1) по меньшей мере, один изоцианатный компонент;
(2) по меньшей мере, один компонент, реакционноспособный по отношению к изоцианату, содержащий
(a) от 30 до 50% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, первого полиэфирполиола, характеризующегося величиной гидроксильного числа в интервале 350-550 миллиграмм гидроксида калия на грамм полиола и функциональностью более 5;
(b) от 5 до 25% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, по меньшей мере, один диол, характеризующийся величиной гидроксильного числа в интервале 100-300 миллиграмм гидроксида калия на грамм диола; и
(c) от 15 до 35% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, по меньшей мере, второй полиэфирполиол, характеризующийся функциональностью в интервале 3-5;
(3) от 1,5-5% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, катализатора, выбираемого из диметилбензиламина, 1,2-диметилимидазола, а также их сочетаний;
(4) от более 0 до 1% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, катализатора, выбираемого из соли глицина, трис-(диметиламинометил)фенола, а также их сочетаний;
(5) более чем 4,1% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, воды, в качестве вспенивающего агента; и, необязательно,
(6) любое дополнительное составляющее или составляющие;
при условии, что вес компонентов 2-6 составляет в общем 100 вес.% и, при отсутствии, по меньшей мере, одного изоцианатного компонента (1), данный состав характеризуется величиной динамической вязкости в интервале 540-864 миллипаскаль·секунда при 20 градусах Цельсия;
которая при взаимодействии в условиях одностадийного режима образует жесткий пенополиуретан, характеризующийся отношением молекулярной массы к сшивке в интервале 380-420.
2. Композиция согласно п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что композиция включает в качестве дополнительного компонента в интервале 5-15 вес.%, в расчете на вес компонентов 2-6, добавку, замедляющую горение, на основе фосфора, не содержащую галоген.
3. Композиция согласно п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что изоцианатный компонент выбирают из группы, состоящей из 4,4'-, 2,4'- и 2,2'-дифенил-метандиизоцианата и соответствующих изомерных смесей; 2,4- и/или 2,6-толуолдиизоцианата и соответствующих изомерных смесей; смесей дифенилметандиизоцианатов и полифенилполиметиленполиизоцианата; а также смеси толуолдиизоцианатов и полифенилполиметиленполиизоцианата; а также полифенилполиметиленполиизоцианата.
4. Композиция согласно п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первый полиэфирполиол (2) (а), выбирают из группы, состоящей из полиолов, полученных из пропоксилированного сорбита, характеризующегося величиной молекулярной массы в интервале 450-900.
5. Композиция согласно п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первый полиолполиэфир (2) (а) представляет собой полиол на основе сорбита, полученный под действием воды, выступающей в качестве совместно инициирующего вещества, которая также содержится в его составе.
6. Композиция согласно п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что диол (2) (б) выбирают из группы, состоящей из полигликолей, включая полиэтиленгликоли, полипропиленгликоли, полибутиленгликоли, полиолы на основе полиэфирных полигликолей, а также их сочетания.
7. Композиция согласно п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что количество воды, выступающей в качестве вспенивающего агента (5), составляет от более чем 4,1% масс до 5,0 вес.%, в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6.
8. Композиция согласно п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что количество воды, выступающей в качестве вспенивающего агента (5), составляет от 4,2 вес.% - 5,0 вес.%.
9. Способ получения жесткого пенополиуретана, включающий
(1) по меньшей мере, одного изоцианатного компонента;
(2) по меньшей мере, одного компонента, реакционноспособного по отношению к изоцианату, содержащий
(а) от 30 до 50% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6 первого полиэфирполиола, характеризующегося величиной гидроксильного числа в интервале 350-550 миллиграмм гидроксида калия на грамм полиола и функциональностью более чем 5;
(b) от 5 до 25% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6 по меньшей мере, один диол, характеризующийся величиной
гидроксильного числа в интервале 100-300 миллиграмм гидроксида калия на грамм диола; и
(с) от 15 до 35% масс., в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6, по меньшей мере, второй полиэфирполиол, характеризующийся функциональностью в интервале 3-5;
в присутствии
(3) от 1,5 до 5% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6 катализатора, выбранного из диметилбензиламина, 1,2-диметилимидазола, а также их сочетаний;
(4) от более чем 0 до 1% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6 катализатора, выбранного из соли глицина, трис-(диметиламинометил)фенола, а также их сочетаний;
(5) более чем 4,1% масс. в расчете на общий вес компонентов 2-6 воды, выступающей в качестве вспенивающего агента; и, необязательно,
(6) любого дополнительного составляющего или составляющих;
при том условии, что вес компонентов 2-6 в совокупности составляет 100% масс. и характеризуется величиной динамической вязкости в интервале 540-864 миллипаскаль·секунда при 20 градусах Цельсия;
которые при взаимодействии в условиях одностадийного режима приводят к образованию жесткого пенополиуретана, характеризующегося отношением величины молекулярного веса, приходящегося на сшивку, в интервале 380-420.
