Abstract
1. Claims (14)
1. Пленка поливинилацетальной смолы, имеющая распределение толщины в направлении ширины 10% или меньше, в которой общая тепловая усадка MD1, тепловая усадка MD2 и тепловая усадка MD3 составляют 3-20%, где тепловая усадка MD1 является большей величиной тепловой усадки в направлении потока, который является параллельным пленке и перпендикулярным направлению ширины, полученной на 5% участка полной ширины пленки внутрь от каждого из обоих краев в направлении ширины, когда каждый участок нагревают при 150°С в течение 30 минут, тепловая усадка MD2 является другим значением упомянутой тепловой усадки, и тепловая усадка MD3 является тепловой усадкой, в направлении потока, который является параллельным пленке и перпендикулярным направлению ширины, полученной когда центральный участок в направлении ширины пленки нагревают при 150°С в течение 30 минут.
2. Пленка поливинилацетальной смолы по п.1, которая имеет содержание летучего вещества 1,0 мас.% или меньше.
3. Пленка поливинилацетальной смолы по п.1 или 2, в которой как тепловая усадка TD1, так и тепловая усадка TD2, составляют 0% или меньше, абсолютная величина каждой тепловой усадки в направлении ширины является значением абсолютной величины тепловой усадки в направлении потока или меньше на том же самом участке, где тепловая усадка TD1 или тепловая усадка TD2 является величиной тепловой усадки в направлении ширины, которое является параллельным пленке и перпендикулярным направлению потока, полученной на 5% участка полной ширины внутрь от каждого из обоих краев в направлении ширины, когда каждый участок нагревают при 150°С в течение 30 минут.
5. Пленка поливинилацетальной смолы по п.1 или 2, которую используют для теплового ламинирования.
6. Пленка поливинилацетальной смолы по п.1 или 2, в которой на поверхности пленки выполнено тиснение или созданы непрерывные выемки, имеющие разность высот 20 мкм или больше.
7. Пленка поливинилацетальной смолы по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающая 1-1000 частей на миллион соли органической кислоты и металла, имеющего валентность 2 или больше в расчете на атом металла относительно поливинилацетальной смолы.
8. Способ получения пленки поливинилацетальной смолы, в котором, при формировании пленки по пп.1-7 с использованием экструдера, температура поливинилацетальной смолы составляет от 150 до 250°С во время экструдирования поливинилацетальной смолы из фильеры, расстояние между выходной щелью головки экструдера и точкой контакта с пленкой на валу, который установлен наиболее близко к выходной щели головки экструдера, составляет от 5 до 15 см, и скорость образования пленки составляет от 0,4 до 20 м/мин.
9. Изделие с многослойной структурой, включающие пленку поливинилацетальной смолы по любому из пп.1-7.
10. Изделие с многослойной структурой по п.9, которое включает пленку поливинилацетальной смолы на по меньшей мере одной поверхности изделия с многослойной структурой.
11. Герметик для солнечной батареи, использующий пленку поливинилацетальной смолы по любому из пп.1-7.
12. Модуль солнечной батареи, использующий герметик для солнечной батареи по п.11.
13. Промежуточная пленка для ламинированного стекла, использующая пленку поливинилацетальной смолы по любому из пп.1-7.
14. Ламинированное стекло, использующее промежуточную пленку для ламинированного стекла по п.13.
