Устройство по п.1, в котором инъектор содержит шприц, или безыгольный шприц, или ручку-инъектор, или любую комбинацию указанных элементов.3. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй резервуар и первый резервуар перед инъекцией расположены в одном кожухе.4. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй резервуар является неотъемлемой частью кожуха.5. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй резервуар выполнен с возможностью съема с кожуха, а также с возможностью выполнения смены, замены и/или добавления к кожуху.6. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанная терапевтическая жидкость содержит инсулин, или инсулиновый аналог, или инсулиновый имитатор, или любую комбинацию указанных веществ.7. Устройство по п.6, дополнительно содержащее датчик для обнаружения и измерения уровня глюкозы в теле пациента.8. Устройство по п.7, в котором терапевтический элемент выполнен с возможностью введения дозировки терапевтического вещества, основанной на измеренном уровне глюкозы в теле пациента.9. Устрой�
Claims (24)
1. Устройство для доставки терапевтической жидкости пациенту на участке инъекции, содержащее:
кожух, имеющий первый резервуар для содержания терапевтической жидкости и второй резервуар для содержания терапевтического вещества;
инъектор для введения терапевтической жидкости на участке инъекции;
терапевтический элемент, выполненный с возможностью введения терапевтического вещества на участке инъекции незадолго до, во время и/или после инъекции терапевтической жидкости;
причем введенное терапевтическое вещество предназначено для улучшения по меньшей мере одного фармакокинетического и/или фармакодинамического свойства введенной терапевтической жидкости.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором инъектор содержит шприц, или безыгольный шприц, или ручку-инъектор, или любую комбинацию указанных элементов.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй резервуар и первый резервуар перед инъекцией расположены в одном кожухе.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй резервуар является неотъемлемой частью кожуха.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй резервуар выполнен с возможностью съема с кожуха, а также с возможностью выполнения смены, замены и/или добавления к кожуху.
6. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанная терапевтическая жидкость содержит инсулин, или инсулиновый аналог, или инсулиновый имитатор, или любую комбинацию указанных веществ.
7. Устройство по п.6, дополнительно содержащее датчик для обнаружения и измерения уровня глюкозы в теле пациента.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором терапевтический элемент выполнен с возможностью введения дозировки терапевтического вещества, основанной на измеренном уровне глюкозы в теле пациента.
9. Устройство по п.1, в котором инъекции терапевтической жидкости и терапевтического вещества осуществляются в одной операции.
10. Устройство по п.1, в котором дозировка терапевтической жидкости выполнена с возможностью изменения, а дозировка терапевтического вещества фиксирована или определяется дозировкой терапевтической жидкости.
11. Устройство по п.1, в котором дозировки терапевтической жидкости и терапевтического вещества могут быть модифицированы перед инъекцией.
12. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее узел обработки информации, присоединенный к запоминающему устройству, устройство отображения, присоединенное к узлу обработки информации и содержащее пользовательский интерфейс, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения управления со стороны пациента устройством для доставки терапевтической жидкости, причем запоминающее устройство выполнено с возможностью сохранения информации, относящейся к инъекции по меньшей мере одной болюсной дозировки терапевтической жидкости пациенту.
13. Устройство по п.12, в котором указанная по меньшей мере одна болюсная дозировка является быстрой болюсной дозировкой, предназначенной для стимулирования инъекции терапевтического вещества параллельно с инъекцией терапевтической жидкости, или незадолго до или после инъекции терапевтической жидкости в течение заданного промежутка времени.
14. Устройство по п.12, дополнительно содержащее средства беспроводной связи для связи с дистанционным управлением, выполненным с возможностью обеспечения управления устройством для доставки терапевтической жидкости.
15. Устройство по п.1, в котором улучшение по меньшей мере одного фармакокинетического и/или фармакодинамического свойства введенной терапевтической жидкости зависит от вводимого терапевтического вещества.
16. Устройство для доставки терапевтической жидкости пациенту на участке инъекции с использованием иглы, содержащее:
кожух, имеющий первую камеру для содержания терапевтической жидкости и вторую камеру для содержания терапевтического вещества;
устройство для инъекции, имеющее иглу для инъекции струей терапевтической жидкости из первой камеры через иглу вблизи участка инъекции со скоростью, достаточной для проникновения сквозь ткань пациента вблизи участка инъекции;
причем указанная инъекция струей терапевтической жидкости обеспечивает улучшение по меньшей мере одного фармакокинетического и/или фармакодинамического свойства терапевтической жидкости.
17. Устройство по п.16, дополнительно содержащее источник энергии для подачи энергии, которая вызывает прохождение терапевтической жидкости через иглу с заданной скоростью для проникновения к участку инъекции.
18. Устройство по п.17, в котором источник энергии содержит пружину, или спиральную пружину, или газовой пружину, или любую комбинацию указанных элементов.
19. Устройство по п.18, дополнительно содержащее пусковой механизм для активации источника энергии для принуждения прохождения терапевтической жидкости через иглу.
20. Устройство по п.16, в котором устройство для инъекции содержит инфузионную помпу, или шприц, или ручку-инъектор, или любую комбинацию указанных элементов.
21. Устройство по п.16, в котором терапевтическое вещество размещено в указанном устройстве с возможностью удаления из него.
22. Устройство для доставки терапевтической жидкости к телу пациента, содержащее:
кожух, имеющий первый резервуар для содержания терапевтической жидкости и второй резервуар для содержания терапевтического вещества;
катетер инъекции, выполненный с возможностью вставления в тело пациента;
устройство для инъекции лекарственного средства, предназначенное для инфузии терапевтической жидкости в катетер инъекции, выполненный с возможностью приема терапевтической жидкости из первого резервуара для инъекции в тело пациента;
причем катетер инъекции предназначен для приема терапевтического вещества незадолго до, во время и/или после приема терапевтической жидкости для инъекции в тело пациента, обеспечивая тем самым улучшение по меньшей мере одного фармакокинетического и/или фармакодинамического свойства терапевтической жидкости.
23. Устройство по п.22, в котором указанная терапевтическая жидкость содержит инсулин, или инсулиновый аналог, или инсулиновый имитатор, или любую комбинацию указанных веществ.
24. Устройство по п.22, в котором улучшение по меньшей мере одного фармакокинетического и/или фармакодинамического свойства введенной терапевтической жидкости зависит от вводимого терапевтического вещества.
