Abstract
1. Ручное инъекционное устройство (100, 200, 300, 800, 1100) для выполнения инъекций в мягкие ткани, содержащее: ! картридж (507, 607, 700, 1101), содержащий инъецируемый материал и выполненный с возможностью присоединения к нему иглы (112, 508, 613, 706, 808), ! кожух (101, 201, 301, 801), предназначенный для размещения в нем указанного картриджа, ! привод, в том числе двигатель (501, 601, 910, 1120) и поршень (505, 605, 701, 702), предназначенный для выталкивания инъецируемого материала из картриджа через иглу, ! источник питания (903, 906, 1112) для приведения в действие привода; ! программируемый пользователем контролер (904), соединенный с приводом и позволяющий пользователю задавать требуемую скорость инъекции, отличающееся тем, что устройство выполнено с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала с заданной пользователем скоростью с силой примерно от 50 до 200 Н или более, при этом передаточное отношение зубчатой передачи на двигателе составляет не менее 100:1. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, где скорость инъекции материала, задаваемая пользователем, составляет примерно от 0,001 до 1 мл/с. ! 3. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала из картриджа через иглу калибром примерно от 23G до 34G. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала через иглу калибром примерно от 27G до 32G. ! 5. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала через иглу, длина которой составляет примерно от 1/4 дюйма, то есть 6 мм, до 2 дюймов, то есть 50 мм. ! 6. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала через иглу, длина которой составляет примерно от 1/2 дюйма, то есть 10 мм, до 11/2 дюйма, то ес�
Claims (14)
1. Ручное инъекционное устройство (100, 200, 300, 800, 1100) для выполнения инъекций в мягкие ткани, содержащее:
картридж (507, 607, 700, 1101), содержащий инъецируемый материал и выполненный с возможностью присоединения к нему иглы (112, 508, 613, 706, 808),
кожух (101, 201, 301, 801), предназначенный для размещения в нем указанного картриджа,
привод, в том числе двигатель (501, 601, 910, 1120) и поршень (505, 605, 701, 702), предназначенный для выталкивания инъецируемого материала из картриджа через иглу,
источник питания (903, 906, 1112) для приведения в действие привода;
программируемый пользователем контролер (904), соединенный с приводом и позволяющий пользователю задавать требуемую скорость инъекции, отличающееся тем, что устройство выполнено с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала с заданной пользователем скоростью с силой примерно от 50 до 200 Н или более, при этом передаточное отношение зубчатой передачи на двигателе составляет не менее 100:1.
2. Устройство по п.1, где скорость инъекции материала, задаваемая пользователем, составляет примерно от 0,001 до 1 мл/с.
3. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала из картриджа через иглу калибром примерно от 23G до 34G.
4. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала через иглу калибром примерно от 27G до 32G.
5. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала через иглу, длина которой составляет примерно от 1/4 дюйма, то есть 6 мм, до 2 дюймов, то есть 50 мм.
6. Устройство по п.1, выполненное с возможностью введения инъецируемого материала через иглу, длина которой составляет примерно от 1/2 дюйма, то есть 10 мм, до 11/2 дюйма, то есть 40 мм.
7. Устройство по п.1, где картридж имеет по существу цилиндрическую форму, при этом внутренний диаметр картриджа составляет примерно от 0,25 дюйма, то есть 6,3 мм, до 1 дюйма, то есть 25 мм.
8. Устройство по п.1, причем картридж имеет по существу цилиндрическую форму, при этом внутренний диаметр картриджа составляет примерно от 0,18 дюйма, то есть 4,6 мм, до 0,35 дюйма, то есть 8,9 мм.
9. Устройство по п.1, причем источник питания представляет собой батарею (903, 1112), размещенную в кожухе.
10. Устройство по п.1, не требующее внешнего источника питания для функционирования.
11. Устройство по п.1, выполненное автономным.
12. Устройство по п.1, где в картридже содержится инъецируемый материал, который представляет собой кожный наполнитель.
13. Устройство по п.14, где инъецируемым материалом является кожный наполнитель на основе гиалуроновой кислоты, по меньшей мере частично поперечно-сшитый.
14. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее флакон с растворителем, причем флакон находится в жидкостном сообщении с картриджем.
