1. Способ соединения вместе конструктивных частей (1, 2, 3), выполненных из композитного материала и расположенных перпендикулярно друг другу, таких как фланец (2, 3) и стенка (1) профиля, включающий в себя этапы, на которых !размещают конструктивные части (1, 2, 3) в желаемом положении относительно друг друга, образуя соединяющую область (10), в которой одна из конструктивных частей (1) упирается торцом или близко в другую конструктивную часть (2, 3), ! обеспечивают вытекание термопластичного материала в соединяющую область (10), ! сплавляют вместе конструктивные части (1, 2, 3) под действием тепла и давления. ! 2. Claims (29)

1. Способ соединения вместе конструктивных частей (1, 2, 3), выполненных из композитного материала и расположенных перпендикулярно друг другу, таких как фланец (2, 3) и стенка (1) профиля, включающий в себя этапы, на которых
размещают конструктивные части (1, 2, 3) в желаемом положении относительно друг друга, образуя соединяющую область (10), в которой одна из конструктивных частей (1) упирается торцом или близко в другую конструктивную часть (2, 3),
обеспечивают вытекание термопластичного материала в соединяющую область (10),
сплавляют вместе конструктивные части (1, 2, 3) под действием тепла и давления.
2. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя этапы, на которых
формируют валик (4, 9, 11) из термопластичного материала,
обеспечивают увеличение ширины валика (4, 9, 11), начиная от переднего края (5), упирающегося на определенном расстоянии в противостоящую конструктивную часть, одной конструктивной части (1) в направлении противолежащей поверхности (6) противостоящей конструктивной части (2, 3).
3. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя этап, на котором
уширяют передний край (5) одной конструктивной части (1).
4. Способ по п.3, включающий в себя этапы, на которых
расщепляют передний край (5) одной конструктивной части (1) с формированием двух ножек (7), окружающих продольную полость (8),
заполняют продольную полость (8) термопластичным материалом (4).
5. Способ по п.4, включающий в себя этап, на котором
заполняют термопластичный материал (4) в соединяющей области волокнами.
6. Способ по п.4, включающий в себя этап, на котором
размещают обе ножки (7) одной конструктивной части (1) напротив другой конструктивной части (2, 3).
7. Способ по п.2, включающий в себя этап, на котором
обеспечивают увеличение ширины валика (4, 9) от приблизительно ширины переднего края (5) одной конструктивной части (1) до, самое большее, пяти размеров упомянутой ширины на поверхности (6) другой конструктивной части (2, 3).
8. Способ по п.7, включающий в себя этап, на котором
вынуждают ширину валика (4, 9) увеличиваться до, самое большее, трех размеров ширины переднего края (5) одной конструктивной части (1).
9. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя этапы, на которых
размещают передний край (5) одной конструктивной части (1) напротив другой конструктивной части (2, 3),
наносят термопластичный материал (7) на внешние стороны обеих конструктивных частей (2, 3) в соединяющей области (10).
10. Способ по п.9, включающий в себя этап, на котором
наносят термопластичный материал на любую сторону переднего края одной конструктивной части.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором используют PEI, РЕКК или PEEK в качестве термопластичного материала в соединяющей области (10).
12. Способ по п.11, в котором используют термопластичный материал, заполненный волокнами, такими как углеродные волокна или стеклянные волокна.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором используют армированный волокнами композитный материал.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором используют композитный материал, армированный металлом.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором используют композитный материал, пропитанный PEI, РЕКК или PEEK.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором добавляют в соединяющую область дополнительный термопластичный материал, который подобен термопластичному материалу композитного материала конструктивных частей (1, 2, 3).
17. Способ по п.1, в котором осуществляют плавление под действием тепла или давления конструктивных частей (1, 2, 3) целиком.
18. Способ по п.1, включающий в себя этап, в котором
наносят дополнительный термопластичный материал (20, 21) в соединяющей области (10).
19. Способ по п.18, включающий в себя этап, в котором
наносят дополнительный термопластичный материал в виде, по меньшей мере, одного заполняющего элемента (20, 21).
20. Способ по п.19, включающий в себя этап, в котором
наносят заполняющие элементы (20) на любую сторону упирающейся конструктивной части (1).
21. Способ по п.19, включающий в себя этап, в котором наносят один или несколько заполняющих элементов (20, 21) на любую сторону упирающейся конструктивной части (1) и между данной упирающейся конструктивной частью (1) и другой конструктивной частью (2, 3).
22. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, включающий в себя этапы, на которых
помещают заготовку, сделанную для конструктивных частей (1-3), состоящую из композитного материала, в форму (25, 26),
помещают форму (25, 26) и данную заготовку под избыточное давление и повышенную температуру,
осуществляют полное плавление термопластичного материала заготовки.
23. Конструкция, полученная с использованием способа по п.1, содержащая, по меньшей мере, две конструктивных части (1, 2, 3), направленные перпендикулярно друг другу таким образом, что передний край (5) одной из конструктивных частей (1) упирается торцом в или вблизи поверхности (6) другой конструктивной части (2, 3), образуя соединяющую область (10), а также соединение, расположенное в этой соединяющей области, которое содержит термопластичный материал.
24. Конструкция по п.23, отличающаяся тем, что данное соединение расположено между передним краем (5) одной конструктивной части (1) и поверхностью (6) другой конструктивной части (2, 3).
25. Конструкция по п.23, отличающаяся тем, что данное соединение расположено на любой стороне упирающейся конструктивной части (1) и на стороне другой конструктивной части (2, 3), которая обращена к этой упирающейся конструктивной части (1).
26. Конструкция по п.23, имеющая форму тавровой балки.
27. Конструкция по п.23, имеющая форму двутавровой балки.
28. Заполняющий элемент (20, 21) для использования в способе по одному из пп.19-21.
29. Заполняющий элемент (20, 21) по п.28, содержащий две относительно толстые половины (20), а также относительно тонкий мостик (22), соединяющий данные половины вместе.
