Abstract

1. Лист электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием, изготовленный путем нанесения покровной жидкости на поверхность листа электротехнической стали с последующим прокаливанием, при этом покровная жидкость содержит 100 вес частей полисилоксанового полимера, приготовленного сополимеризацией полисилоксана с одной или более смол, выбранных из группы, состоящей из акриловой смолы, стирольной смолы, винилацетатной смолы, полиэфирной смолы, уретановой смолы, полиэтиленовой смолы, полипропиленовой смолы, полиамидной смолы, поликарбонатной смолы, фенольной смолы, алкидной смолы и эпоксидной смолы, в качестве органической смолы, и от 1 до 50 вес.ч. суммарно одного или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из меламина, изоцианата, силанового агента сочетания и оксазолина, в качестве сшивающего агента. ! 2. Лист электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием по п.1, где изоляционное покрытие содержит одно или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из кремнезема, силиката, оксида алюминия, оксида титана, оксида олова, оксида церия, оксида сурьмы, оксида вольфрама и оксида молибдена, в качестве неорганического соединения в количестве 75 мас.% или меньше от суммарного содержания твердого материала в покрытии. ! 3. Лист электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием по п.1 или 2, у которого смесевая доля полисилоксана, в пересчете на SiО2, по отношению к суммарному содержанию твердого материала в изоляционном покрытии составляет от 10 мас.% или более до 90 мас.% или менее. ! 4. Claims (4)

1. Лист электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием, изготовленный путем нанесения покровной жидкости на поверхность листа электротехнической стали с последующим прокаливанием, при этом покровная жидкость содержит 100 вес частей полисилоксанового полимера, приготовленного сополимеризацией полисилоксана с одной или более смол, выбранных из группы, состоящей из акриловой смолы, стирольной смолы, винилацетатной смолы, полиэфирной смолы, уретановой смолы, полиэтиленовой смолы, полипропиленовой смолы, полиамидной смолы, поликарбонатной смолы, фенольной смолы, алкидной смолы и эпоксидной смолы, в качестве органической смолы, и от 1 до 50 вес.ч. суммарно одного или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из меламина, изоцианата, силанового агента сочетания и оксазолина, в качестве сшивающего агента.
2. Лист электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием по п.1, где изоляционное покрытие содержит одно или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из кремнезема, силиката, оксида алюминия, оксида титана, оксида олова, оксида церия, оксида сурьмы, оксида вольфрама и оксида молибдена, в качестве неорганического соединения в количестве 75 мас.% или меньше от суммарного содержания твердого материала в покрытии.
3. Лист электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием по п.1 или 2, у которого смесевая доля полисилоксана, в пересчете на SiО2, по отношению к суммарному содержанию твердого материала в изоляционном покрытии составляет от 10 мас.% или более до 90 мас.% или менее.
4. Способ производства листа электротехнической стали с изоляционным покрытием, включающий стадии: нанесения покровной жидкости на поверхность листа электротехнической стали, при этом покровная жидкость содержит 100 вес.ч. полисилоксанового полимера, приготовленного сополимеризацией полисилоксана с одной или более смол, выбранных из группы, состоящей из акриловой смолы, стирольной смолы, винилацетатной смолы, полиэфирной смолы, полиамидной смолы, поликарбонатной смолы, фенольной смолы, алкидной смолы и эпоксидной смолы, в качестве органической смолы, и от 1 до 50 вес.ч. одного или более соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из меламина, изоцианата, силанового агента сочетания и оксазолина, в качестве сшивающего агента; и прокаливание листа электротехнической стали с покровной жидкостью, нанесенной на лист электротехнической стали.
