Abstract
1. Способ получения полупродукта, включающий: ! контактирование нефтяного сырья с одним или более катализатором для получения общего продукта, содержащего полупродукт, где полупродукт является жидкой смесью при 25°С и 0,101 МПа, а нефтяное сырье имеет содержание азота по меньшей мере 0,0001 г на грамм нефтяного сырья; и по меньшей мере один из катализаторов является катализатором на основе металла группы 6, получаемым путем комбинирования носителя с одним или более металлами группы 6 Периодической таблицы и/или одним или более соединений одного или более металлов группы 6 Периодической таблицы и нагревания комбинированного носителя и одного или более металла группы 6 и/или одного или более соединений металла группы 6 при температуре от 35 до 500°С в присутствии воздуха, для получения предшественника катализатора, и нагревание предшественника катализатора в присутствии одного или более соединения, содержащего серу, при температуре ниже 500°С ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором условия контактирования, температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации контролируют таким образом, что содержание азота в полупродукте составляет самое большее 90%, самое большее 80%, самое большее 50%, самое большее 30% или самое большее 10% от содержания азота в нефтяном сырье. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором нефтяное сырье содержит от 0,0001 г до 0,1 г, от 0,001 г до 0,05 г, или от 0,005 г до 0,01 г азота на грамм нефтяного сырья. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором в условиях контактирования температура, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации контролируют таким образом, что полупродукт содержит от 0,00001 г до 0,05 г, от 0,0001 г до 0,01 г, или от 0,0005 г до 0,001 г азота на грамм полуп�
Claims (20)
1. Способ получения полупродукта, включающий:
контактирование нефтяного сырья с одним или более катализатором для получения общего продукта, содержащего полупродукт, где полупродукт является жидкой смесью при 25°С и 0,101 МПа, а нефтяное сырье имеет содержание азота по меньшей мере 0,0001 г на грамм нефтяного сырья; и по меньшей мере один из катализаторов является катализатором на основе металла группы 6, получаемым путем комбинирования носителя с одним или более металлами группы 6 Периодической таблицы и/или одним или более соединений одного или более металлов группы 6 Периодической таблицы и нагревания комбинированного носителя и одного или более металла группы 6 и/или одного или более соединений металла группы 6 при температуре от 35 до 500°С в присутствии воздуха, для получения предшественника катализатора, и нагревание предшественника катализатора в присутствии одного или более соединения, содержащего серу, при температуре ниже 500°С

Способ по п.1, в котором условия контактирования, температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации контролируют таким образом, что содержание азота в полупродукте составляет самое большее 90%, самое большее 80%, самое большее 50%, самое большее 30% или самое большее 10% от содержания азота в нефтяном сырье.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором нефтяное сырье содержит от 0,0001 г до 0,1 г, от 0,001 г до 0,05 г, или от 0,005 г до 0,01 г азота на грамм нефтяного сырья.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором в условиях контактирования температура, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации контролируют таким образом, что полупродукт содержит от 0,00001 г до 0,05 г, от 0,0001 г до 0,01 г, или от 0,0005 г до 0,001 г азота на грамм полупродукта.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе металла группы 6 содержит дополнительно один или более металлов групп 7-10 Периодической таблицы и/или одно или более соединений одного или более металлов групп 7-10 Периодической таблицы.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе металла группы 6 включает дополнительно один или более металлов группы 10 Периодической таблицы и/или один или больше соединений одного или более металлов группы 10 Периодической таблицы.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе металла группы 6 включает дополнительно один или более элементов группы 15 Периодической таблицы и/или одно или более соединений одного или более элементов группы 15 Периодической таблицы.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе металла группы 6 имеет медианный диаметр пор по меньшей мере 120 Å, по меньшей мере 130 Å, по меньшей мере 150 Å, по меньшей мере 180 Å, по меньшей мере 200 Å, по меньшей мере 250 Å, или самое большее 300 Å, где распределение пор по размерам определяют по методу ASTM D4282.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе металла группы 6 имеет такое распределение пор по размерам, что по меньшей мере 60% общего количества пор в медианном распределении пор по размерам находятся в пределах 45 Е, 35 Е, или 25 Е от медианного распределения пор по размеру.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором катализатор на основе металла группы 6 содержит дополнительно носитель, и носитель содержит на грамм носителя по меньшей мере 0,8 г, по меньшей мере 0,9 г, или по меньшей мере 0,95 г гамма-оксида алюминия.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором носитель содержит на грамм носителя самое большее 0,1 г, самое большее 0,08 г, самое большее 0,06 г, самое большее 0,04 г, или самое большее 0,02 г диоксида кремния.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором нефтяное сырье также содержит асфальтены C5, и условия контактирования: температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации регулируют таким образом, что полупродукт имеет содержание асфальтенов C5 самое большее 90%, самое большее 80%, самое большее 70%, самое большее 50%, самое большее 30%, или самое большее 10% содержания асфальтенов С5 в нефтяном сырье, где содержание асфальтенов C5 определяют методом ASTM D2007.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором условия контактирования: температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации регулируют таким образом, что полупродукт имеет вязкость при 37,8°С (100°F) самое большее 90%, самое большее 80%, самое большее 70%, самое большее 50%, самое большее 30%, или самое большее 10% от вязкости нефтяного сырья при 37,8°С, где вязкость определяют методом ASTM D445.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором нефтяное сырье также содержит серу и условия контактирования: температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья, или их комбинации регулируют таким образом, что полупродукт имеет содержание серы самое большее 90%, самое большее 80%, самое большее 70%, самое большее 50%, самое большее 30%, или самое большее 10% от содержания серы в нефтяном сырье, где содержание серы определяют методом ASTM D4294.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором нефтяное сырье также содержит остаток и условия контактирования: температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья, или их комбинации регулируют таким образом, что полупродукт имеет содержание остатка самое большее 90%, самое большее 80%, самое большее 70%, самое большее 50%, самое большее 30%, или самое большее 10% от содержания остатка нефтяного сырья, где содержание остатка определяют методом ASTM D5307.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором контактирование осуществляется в присутствии источника водорода.
17. Способ по п.1, в котором условия контактирования включают: температуру в интервале от 50 до 500°С; общее давление в интервале от 0,1 до 20 МПа; часовую объемную скорость жидкости по меньшей мере 0,05 ч-1; и отношение источника газообразного водорода к нефтяному сырью в диапазоне от 0,1 Нм3/м3 до 100000 Нм3/м3.
18. Способ по п.1, в котором условия контактирования: температуру, давление, поток нефтяного сырья или их комбинации регулируют таким образом, что смесь нефтяное сырье/общий продукт имеет во время контактирования Р-величину по меньшей мере 1,5.
19. Способ по п.1, который дополнительно включает комбинирование полупродукта с сырьем, которое является тем же самым нефтяным сырьем или отличающимся от нефтяного сырья, для образования смеси.
20. Способ по п.1, который дополнительно включает стадию переработки полупродукта или смеси для производства транспортного топлива, горючего для отопления, смазочных материалов или химикатов.
