Claims (20)

10. Салфетка, содержащая один или более слоев нетканой волокнистой составной структуры по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем указанная салфетка имеет вес основы от около 7 г/м2 до около 300 г/м2.
11. Компонент распределения жидкости для впитывающего изделия личной гигиены, содержащий один или более слоев нетканой волокнистой составной структуры по любому из предшествующих пунктов, причем указанный компонент распределения жидкости имеет вес основы от около 20 г/м2 до около 300 г/м2.
12. Способ выполнения тисненого, гидравлически перепутанного нетканого составного материала, имеющего нетканый компонент и волокнистый компонент, состоящий из волокон, причем указанный способ предусматривает наложение слоя волокнистого материала на слой нетканого волокнистого полотна; гидравлические перепутывание указанных слоев с образованием составного материала; сушку составного материала; нагревание составного материала и тиснение составного материала в тиснильном зазоре, образованном парой сопряженных тиснильных валков.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором перед тиснением составного материала в тиснильном зазоре поверхность составного материала нагревают до температуры, превышающей около 140°F, предпочтительно превышающей 200°F и предпочтительно превышающей 300°F.
14. Способ по п.12 или 13, в котором сопряженные тиснильные валки нагревают.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором слои накладывают путем размещения слоя волокнистого материала, содержащего суспензию волокон, на слоя нетканого волокнистого полотна из непрерывных волокон путем сухого формования или влажного формования.
16. Способ по п.12, в котором слой волокнистого материала накладывают на слой нетканого волокнистого полотна из непрерывных волокон фильерного способа производства.
17. Способ по п.12, дополнительно предусматривающий стадию добавления материала либо к наложенным слоям перед гидравлическим перепутыванием, наложенному гидравлически перепутанному составному материалу или к суспензии волокон, используемых для формирования слоя волокнистого материала на слое нетканого волокнистого полотна из непрерывных волокон, при этом материал выбран из глин, активированных углей, крахмалов, частиц и супервпитывающих частиц.
18. Способ по п.12, в котором гидравлически перепутанный нетканый составной материал подвергают стадии конечной обработки, выбранной из механического умягчения, сжатия, крепирования и обработки щетками.
19. Способ по п.12, в котором гидравлически перепутанный нетканый составной материал подвергают химической постобработке, выбранной из красителей и адгезивов.
20. Способ по п.12, в котором гидравлически перепутанный нетканый составной материал имеет коэффициент упругости при сжатии во влажном состоянии между около 0,13 и около 3,00, предпочтительно между около 0,13 и около 0,60, предпочтительно между около 0,13 и около 0,45 и предпочтительно между около 0,15 и около 0,45.
