Claims (12)
1. Композитный материал, содержащий ПФТА (поли-п-фенилентерефталамид) и нанотрубки, характеризующиеся аспектным отношением, по меньшей мере, равным 100, и диаметром поперечного сечения, равным 5 нм или менее, при этом композитный материал содержит вплоть до 12 мас.% нанотрубок, может быть получен в результате добавления нанотрубок к серной кислоте, уменьшения температуры для затвердевания смеси, добавления ПФТА к твердой смеси, нагревания до температуры, превышающей температуру затвердевания, и перемешивания смеси и прядения, полива или формования смеси с получением композитного материала.
2. Композитный материал по п.1, где нанотрубки представляют собой одностенные нанотрубки (ОСНТ).
3. Композитный материал по п.1 или 2, где уровень содержания нанотрубок равен 5 мас.% или менее.
4. Композитный материал по п.1, характеризующийся пределом прочности при растяжении, по меньшей мере, равным 1,5 ГПа, и модулем упругости, по меньшей мере, равным 50 ГПа.
5. Композитный материал по п.4, где композитный материал представляет собой волокно.
6. Способ получения прядильного раствора, включающий стадии а) добавления нанотрубок, характеризующихся аспектным отношением, по меньшей мере, равным 100, и диаметром поперечного сечения, равным 5 нм или менее, к серной кислоте при температуре, превышающей температуру затвердевания серной кислоты; b) уменьшения температуры до значения, меньшего температуры затвердевания серной кислоты, и перемешивания в течение периода времени, достаточного для затвердевания смеси; с) добавления ПФТА к твердой смеси; d) нагревания до температуры, превышающей температуру затвердевания, и перемешивания смеси.
7. Способ по п.6, где на стадии а) смесь перемешивают в течение периода времени продолжительностью от 10 мин до 6 ч при температуре в диапазоне от 10 до 90°С.
8. Способ по п.6 или 7, где температуру на стадии b) уменьшают до значения в диапазоне от 7 до -20°С, предпочтительно от 2 до -12°С.
9. Способ по п.6 или 7, где перед добавлением ПФТА к смеси температуру на стадии с) выдерживают в диапазоне от -5°С до 0°С.
10. Способ по п.6 или 7, где температуру на стадии d) повышают до температуры окружающей среды, а смесь перемешивают в течение, по меньшей мере, 1 ч.
11. Комплексное волокно, получаемое в результате формования из прядильного раствора, полученного по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что волокно включает, по меньшей мере, 5 элементарных волокон.
12. Волокно, включающее элементарные волокна, содержащие смесь ПФТА и нанотрубок, отличающееся тем, что волокно представляет собой комплексное волокно, включающее, по меньшей мере, 5 элементарных волокон, а нанотрубки характеризуются аспектным отношением, по меньшей мере, равным 100, и диаметром поперечного сечения, равным 5 нм или менее.
