Claims (10)
1. Твердый катализатор для полимеризации олефинов, содержащий A) по меньшей мере один кальцинированный при темпратуре свыше 180°С гидроталькита и B) по меньшей мере одно органическое соединение переходного металла.
2. Твердый катализатор по п.1, где кальцинированный гидроталькит имеет форму частиц со средним диаметром частиц D50 от 1 до 200 μm.
3. Твердый катализатор по п.1 или 2, где в качестве кальцинированного гидроталькита используют смесь оксидов алюминия и магния.
4. Твердый катализатор по пп.1-3, дополнительно содержащий C) по меньшей мере одно катионобразующее соединение.
6. Твердый катализатор по пп.1-5, где твердый катализатор в качестве следующего компонента D) содержит одно или несколько соединений металла общей формулы (IX)
где M3 означает щелочной или щелочноземельный металл или металл 13 группы Периодической системы;
R22 означает водород, алкил с 1-10 атомами углерода, арил с 6-15 атомами углерода, алкиларил или арилалкил соответственно с 1-10 атомами углерода в алкильном остатке и с 6-20 атомами углерода в арильном остатке;
R23 и R24 означает водород, галоид, алкил с 1-10 атомами углерода, арил с 6-15 атомами углерода, алкиларил, арилалкил или алкоксил, соответственно с 1-10 атомами углерода в алкильном остатке и с 6-20 атомами углерода в арильном остатке;
r = 1 до 3;
s и t = 0 - 2, причем сумма r+s+t соответствует валентности М3.
7. Предполимеризованный твердый катализатор, содержащий твердый катализатор по пп.1-6 и дополнительно полимеризованные линейные 1-алкены с 2-10 атомами углерода в массовом соотношении от 1:0,1 до 1:200.
8. Применение твердого катализатора согласно пп.1-7 для полимеризации или сополимеризации олефинов.
9. Способ получения полиолефинов путем полимеризации или сополимеризации олефинов в присутствии твердого катализатора по пп.1-7.
10. Способ по п.9, где при полимеризации в качестве мономера используют пропилен или мономерную смесь из пропилена, этилена и/или 1-алкена с 2-12 атомами углерода, содержащую по меньшей мере 50 мол.% пропилена.
