Claims (20)
1. Способ получения каталитической композиции, предусматривающий взаимодействие металлоорганического соединения, алюмоорганического соединения и фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия, где указанное металлоорганическое соединение имеет следующую общую формулу:
(X1) (X2) (X3) (X4)М1,
в которой М1 выбран из группы, состоящей из титана, циркония и гафния;
(X1) независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из циклопентадиенилов, инденилов, флуоренилов, замещенных циклопентадиенилов, замещенных инденилов и замещенных флуоренилов; где заместители на замещенных циклопентадиенилах, замещенных инденилах и замещенных флуоренилах (X1) выбраны из группы, состоящей из алифатических групп, циклических групп, комбинаций алифатических и циклических групп, силильных групп, алкилгалогенидных групп, галогенидов, металлоорганических групп, фосфорных групп, азотных групп, кремния, фосфора, бора, германия и водорода; по меньшей мере один заместитель на (X1) может быть мостиковой группой, которая соединяет (X1) и (X2); (X3) и (X4) независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из галогенидов, алифатических групп, замещенных алифатических групп, циклических групп, замещенных циклических групп, комбинаций алифатических групп и циклических групп, комбинаций замещенных алифатических групп и циклических групп, комбинаций алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, комбинаций замещенных алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, амидогрупп, замещенных амидогрупп, фосфидогрупп, замещенных фосфидогрупп, алкилоксидных групп, замещенных алкилоксидных групп, арилоксидных групп, замещенных арилоксидных групп, металлоорганических групп и замещенных металлоорганических групп;
(X2) выбран из группы, состоящей из циклопентадиенилов, инденилов, флуоренилов, замещенных циклопентадиенилов, замещенных инденилов, замещенных флуоренилов, галогенидов, алифатических групп, замещенных алифатических групп, циклических групп, замещенных циклических групп, комбинаций алифатических групп и циклических групп, комбинаций замещенных алифатических групп и циклических групп, комбинаций алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, комбинаций замещенных алифатических групп и замещенных циклических групп, амидогрупп, замещенных амидогрупп, фосфидогрупп, замещенных фосфидогрупп, алкилоксидных групп, замещенных алкилоксидных групп, арилоксидных групп, замещенных арилоксидных групп, металлоорганических групп и замещенных металлоорганических групп; заместители на (X2) выбраны из группы, состоящей из алифатических групп, циклических групп, комбинаций алифатических и циклических групп, силильных групп, алкилгалогенидных групп, галогенидов, металлоорганических групп, фосфорных групп, азотных групп, кремния, фосфора, бора, германия и водорода; по меньшей мере один заместитель на (X2) может быть мостиковой группой, которая соединяет (X1) и (X2);
где алюмоорганическое соединение имеет следующую общую формулу:
Al(X5)n(X6)3-n,
в которой (X5) представляет гидрокарбил, имеющий от 1 до 20 углеродных атомов;
(X6) представляет галогенид, гидрид или алкоголят; и в которой "n" представляет число от 1 до 3 включительно; и фторированный оксид кремния-оксид алюминия содержит фторид, оксид кремния и оксид алюминия.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанное металлоорганическое соединение, указанное алюмоорганическое соединение и указанный фторированный оксид кремния-оксид алюминия подвергают предварительному взаимодействию в течение от примерно 1 мин до примерно 24 ч до загрузки в полимеризационный реактор.
3. Способ получения каталитической композиции, включающий (1) взаимодействие оксида кремния-оксида алюминия с водой, содержащей бифторид аммония, с получением фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия; (2) прокаливание фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия при температуре в интервале 350-550°С с получением прокаленной композиции, имеющей 4-20 мас.% фторида по отношению к массе указанного фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия; (3) объединение указанной прокаленной композиции и бис(н-бутилциклопентадиенил)цирконийдихлорида при температуре в интервале 15-80°С с получением смеси; и (4) после между 1 мин и 1 ч объединение указанной смеси и триэтилалюминия с получением указанной каталитической композиции.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанный способ состоит по существу из стадий (1), (2), (3) и (4).
5. Каталитическая композиция, полученная способом по п.1.
6. Каталитическая композиция по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет активность более примерно 1000 грамм полимера на грамм фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия в час в условиях суспензионной полимеризации с использованием изобутана в качестве разбавителя при температуре полимеризации 90°С и давлении этилена 550 фунт/кв.дюйм.
7. Каталитическая композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет активность более 8000 грамм полимера на грамм фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия в час в условиях суспензионной полимеризации с использованием изобутана в качестве разбавителя при температуре полимеризации 90°С и давлении этилена 550 фунт/кв.дюйм.
8. Каталитическая композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение указанного алюмоорганического соединения к указанному фторированному оксиду кремния-оксиду алюминия находится в интервале от примерно 3:1 до примерно 1:100.
9. Каталитическая композиция по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение указанного алюмоорганического соединения к указанному фторированному оксиду кремния-оксиду алюминия находится в интервале от 1:1 до 1:50.
10. Каталитическая композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение указанного фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия к указанному металлоорганическому соединению находится в интервале от примерно 1000:1 до примерно 10:1.
11. Каталитическая композиция по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение указанного фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия к указанному металлоорганическому соединению находится в интервале от 250:1 до 20:1.
12. Каталитическая композиция по п.11, отличающаяся тем, что указанный фторированный оксид кремния-оксид алюминия содержит от 10 до 30 мас.% оксида алюминия, от 4 до 20 мас.% фторида по отношению к массе фторированного оксида кремния-оксида алюминия до прокаливания и прокаливается при температуре от 350 до 550°С.
13. Каталитическая композиция, содержащая прореагировавшее металлоорганическое соединение, прореагировавшее алюмоорганическое соединение и прореагировавший фторированный оксид кремния-оксид алюминия.
14. Способ полимеризации, предусматривающий взаимодействие по меньшей мере одного мономера и указанной композиции по п.5 в условиях полимеризации с получением полимера.
15. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что полимеризацию проводят в условиях суспензионной полимеризации.
16. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что указанное взаимодействие проводят в зоне реакции с циркуляцией.
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что указанное взаимодействие проводят в присутствии разбавителя, который содержит, главным образом, изобутан.
18. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одним мономером является этилен.
19. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере один мономер содержит этилен и алифатический 1-олефин, имеющий 3-20 углеродных атомов на молекулу.
20. Изделие, которое содержит указанный полимер, полученный по п.14.
