Claims (33)
- -REIVINDICAÇÕES-1. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso polimérico caracterizado por compreender as seguintes fases:a) aquecimento de uma mistura que compreende:(i) - um polímero termoplástico e (ii) - um agente tensio-activo catiónico ou não iónico tendo uma gama de equilíbrio hidrofílico-liofílico de 4.0 a 6.0 a uma temperatura e num tempo suficiente para que o polímero e o agente tensio-activo se dissolvam mutuamente.b) arrefecimento da mistura para uma temperatura tal que o não-equilíbrio da separação da fase liquido-liquido tenha lugar para formar uma matriz bi-continua de polímero e do agente tensio-activo, de modo que o polímero e o agentetensio-activo formem 2 fases separadas entremisturadas , de grande área de superfície interfacial e,c) remoção da fase de agente tensio-activo do polímero.
- 2. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por a mistura liquefeita ser introduzida numa cabeça de extrusão adaptada para moldar a mistura liquefeita numa fibra oca.
- 3. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2 caracterizado por incluir a fase de introdução de um fluido de formação de lumen no lumen da mistura liquefeita moldada.
- 4. Processo de acordo com as reivindicações 2 ou 3 caracterizado por compreender a fase de introdução de umD-233 fluido de revestimento em torno da superfície exterior da mistura liquefeita moldada.
- 5. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 4 caracterizado por incluir a fase de introdução de um fluido de arrefecimento em torno do fluido de revestimento.
- 6. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado por a cabeça de extrusão possuir uma primeira zona de temperatura na qual a fibra é formada e uma segunda zona de temperatura em que a fibra formada é arrefecida e solidificada.
- 7. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 6, caracterizado por o fluido de formação de lumen e o fluido de revestimento serem introduzidos na cabeça de extrusão na primeira zona de temperatura e o fluido de arrefecimento ser introduzido na cabeça de extrusão na segunda zona de temperatura.
- 8. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado por o diâmetro da fibra ser reduzido depois da formação da fibra oca, estando a proporção do diâmetro final da fibra em relação ao do diâmetro inicial compreendida entre 0.25 a 10.
- 9. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado por a fibra se deslocar através da cabeça de extrusão a uma velocidade linear diferente da do fluido de arrefecimento.D-233
- 10. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado por a fibra se deslocar a uma velocidade 3 a 4 vezes mais rápida do que a velocidade média do fluido de arrefecimento.
- 11. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado pelo fluido de formação de lumen ser gás de azoto ou um vapor saturado.
- 12. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado por o fluido de revestimento ser escolhido do grupo constituído por óleo de soja, óleo de parafina, óleo de amendoim, óleo de teel, óleo de boleko, óleo de mustarda, azeite, óleo de seneca, óleo de coco, óleo de café, óleo de semente de colza, óleo de milho, óleo de semente de algodão, glicerol, trioleato de gliceril, trimiristina, óleo de jojoba, óleo de macassar, óleo de neem, óleo de castor, óleo de raiz de flor de liz, óleo de açafora, e ácidos oleico, palmítico, esteárico, araquídico, araquidónico, behénico, lignocérico, linoleico, linolénico, elaidico e vacénico e seus glicéridos e misturas com os seus sais de sódio, cálcio e potássio.
- 13. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado por o fluido de arrefecimento ser escolhido do grupo que é constituído por óleo de soja, água, óleo de parafina, óleo de amendoim, óleo de teel, óleo de boleko, óleo de mustarda, azeite, óleo de seneca, óleo de coco, óleo de café, óleo de semente de colza, óleo de milho, óleo de semente de algodão,D-233 glicerol, trioleato de gliceril, trimiristina, óleo de jojoba, óleo de massacar, óleo de neem, óleo de castor, óleo de raiz de flor de liz, óleo de açafora e ácidos oleico, palmítico, esteárico, araquídico, araquidónico, behénico, lignocérico, linoleico, linolénico, elaidico, vacénico e os seus glicéridos e misturas com os seus sais de sódio, de potássio e de cálcio.
- 14. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 13, caracterizado por o fluido de arrefecimento ser o mesmo que o fluido de revestimento.
- 15. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 14, caracterizado por o fluido de formação de lumen ser o mesmo que o fluido de revestimento e que o fluido de arrefecimento.
- 16. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracterizado por o fluido de formação de lumen e o fluido de revestimento serem aquecidos até à temperatura da mistura liquefeita antes de serem introduzidos na cabeça de extrusão.
- 17. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por o polímero ser escolhido do grupo que é constituído por polipropileno, polibutileno, difluoreto de polivinilideno, dicloreto de polivinilideno, poliamida, cloreto de polivinil, poliestireno, polimetilmetacrilato, óxido de polifenileno, tereftalato de polietileno,poliacrilonitrilo e acetato de celulose.D-233
- 18. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por o agente tensio-activo ser escolhido do grupo que é constituído por nonilfenoxietoxietanol, um etoxilato de amina, um álcool de polioxietileno(2)oleil, derivados etiloxidados de álcool cetil-oleil, condensados de óxido de etileno com óleo de sebo, derivados auto-emulsionantes de ácidos gordos de elevado peso molecular, monoleato de sorbitan, monoestearato de sorbitan, sesquiolato de sorbitan, éster de ácido gordo de POE hexitan, álcool de POE cetiloleilo, agente tensio-activo de ATMER 685 não iónico, álcool de POE (2) cetil, álcool POE (2) estearil, álcoois de POE gordo e álcool de POE (2) primário sintético C13/C15.
- 19. Processo de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações anteriores caracterizado por a mistura de formação de fibra incluir um anti-oxidante.
- 20. Processo de acordo com a reivindicaçãao 19 caracterizado por o anti-oxidante ser escolhido do grupo que compreende (1,3,5-trimetil-2,4,6-tri-3,5-terc-butil-4-hidroxibenzil)benzeno e um fenol de dissolução retardada.
- 21. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por o polímero ser polipropileno e o solvente ser nonilfenoxietoxietanol e por a concentração do polímero no solvente ser de 15% a 50% por peso.
- 22. Processo para a preparação de um material poliméricoD-233 poroso caracterizado por possuir uma estrutura do tipo renda ou filamentosa que consiste numa pluralidade de fios condutores poliméricos ligadas em conjunto em localizações espaçadas ao longo de cada fio condutor.
- 23. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso, de acordo com a reivindicação 22, caracterizado por a dimensão da ligação ser apenas ligeiramente maior do que a secção transversal dos fios condutores no ponto de ligação.
- 24. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso, de acordo com as reivindicações 22 ou 23, caracterizado por o comprimento de cada fio condutor ser de 5 a 50 vezes o diâmetro do fio condutor.
- 25. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 22 a 24, caracterizado por a configuração da secção transversal de, pelo menos, alguns dos fios condutores, ser circular.
- 26. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 22 a 24, caracterizado por a configuração da secção transversal de, pelo menos, alguns dos fios condutores, ser elíptica.

Processo para a preparação de um material poroso, de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 22 a 28, caracterizado por a estrutura incluir uma pluralidade de células compreendidas entre 0,1 a 5 mícrons que estão ligadas em conjunto por poros de 0,1 a 0,5 mícron e uma pluralidade de alvéolos de 8 a 20 mícrons.
- 30. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso, de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizado por cada alvéolo estar ligado a um grande número de células.
- 31. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso de acordo com as reivindicações 29 ou 30, caracterizado por a estrutura tipo renda ocupar os espaços entre os alvéolos.
- 32. Processo para a preparação de um material poroso, de acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 22 a 31, caracterizado por a permeabilidade do material numa das direcções ser um terço da permeabilidade na direcção inversa.
- 33 .Processo para a preparação de um material poroso, deD-233 acordo com qualquer das reivindicações 22 a 32, caracterizado por o referido material ser na forma de uma fibra oca.
- 34 . Processo para a preparação de um material poroso polimérico, caracterizado por o referido material ser feito de acordo com o processo da reivindicação 1.
