Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe ciecze jonowe z kationem alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowym i anionem mrówczanowym, o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy prostołańcuchowy zawierający od czterech do szesnastu atomów węgla. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że czwartorzędowy bromek alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy prostołańcuchowy zawierający od czterech do szesnastu atomów węgla, poddaje się reakcji wymiany anionu z solą sodową lub potasową, lub litową, lub amonową kwasu mrówkowego w stosunku molowym czwartorzędowej soli amoniowej do soli kwasu w stosunku molowym 1:1, w temperaturze poniżej 100°C, w środowisku wodnym, po czym produkt reakcji wydziela się metodą ekstrakcji dwufazowej za pomocą rozpuszczalnika organicznego z grupy: chloroform, albo dichlorometan, albo toluen, albo octan etylu, po czym oddziela się fazę organiczną, dalej rozpuszczalnik usuwa się, a otrzymany produkt suszy. Przedmiotowe ciecze jonowe mają zastosowanie jako bakteriobójcze środki powierzchniowo czynne.The subject of the application are new ionic liquids with an alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium cation and a formate anion of the general formula 1, where R is a straight chain alkyl substituent containing from four to sixteen carbon atoms. The application also includes a method for their preparation in which the quaternary alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium bromide of general formula 2, wherein R is a straight chain alkyl substituent containing from four to sixteen carbon atoms, is subjected to an anion exchange reaction with a sodium or potassium or lithium or ammonium salt of formic acid in a molar ratio of quaternary ammonium salt to the acid salt in a molar ratio of 1: 1, at a temperature below 100 ° C, in an aqueous medium, after which the reaction product is isolated by two-phase extraction by by means of an organic solvent from the group: chloroform or dichloromethane or toluene or ethyl acetate, the organic phase is separated off, the solvent is removed and the product obtained is dried. The ionic liquids concerned are used as bactericidal surfactants.
