Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania kwasu 2-(imidazo-1-yl)bursztynowego o wzorze 1, który polega na tym, że jedną część molową kwasu asparaginowego poddaje się reakcji z co najmniej jedną częścią molową amoniaku, jedną częścią molową formaldehydu w substancji wybranej z grupy obejmującej formalinę, trioksan lub paraform oraz dwiema częściami zasady w temperaturze 273-373 K, po czym z mieszaniny odparowuje się lotne składniki pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze 293-373 K i otrzymuje się w wyniku surową sól kwasu 2-(imidazo-1-yl)bursztynowego, którą następnie neutralizuje się wodnym roztworem kwasu nieorganicznego, oddziela się powstałą sól nieorganiczną i z przesączu wydziela się czysty kwas 2-(imidazo-1-yl)bursztynowy.The subject of the invention is a process for producing 2- (imidazo-1-yl) succinic acid of formula 1, which consists in the fact that one molar part of aspartic acid is reacted with at least one molar part of ammonia, one molar part of formaldehyde in a substance selected from of the group consisting of formalin, trioxane or paraform and two parts of base at 273-373 K, after which the volatile components are evaporated from the mixture under reduced pressure at 293-373 K to give the crude acid salt 2- (imidazo-1- yl) succinic acid, which is then neutralized with an aqueous inorganic acid solution, the resulting inorganic salt is separated and the pure 2- (imidazo-1-yl) succinic acid is isolated from the filtrate.
