Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion que comprende: (i) 2-50% en peso, basado en el peso total de la formulacion, de vitamina E; (ii) 0.15-30% en peso, basado en el peso total de la formulacion, de un emulsionante; y (iii) 40-70% en peso, basado en el peso total de la formulacion, de agua. Son componentes preferidos: (i) la vitamina E es dl-alfa-tocoferol; (ii) el emulsionante es un polisacarido modificado tal como almidon modificado de formula (I), donde: St es almidon, R es un grupo alquileno y R' es un grupo hidrofobico, siendo un compuesto preferido el almidon octenil succinato de sodio o el emulsionante es una lecitina modificada. La composicion tambien comprende palmitato de ascorbilo y/o ascorbato de sodio. La composicion de la presente invencion se encuentra libre de etoxiquinina, siendo util en la estabilizacion de la harina de pescado.
