Understøttede katalysatorsystemer som fås ved A) omsetting av et uorga- nisk bærermateriale med en metallforbindelse med den generelle formel l M1(R1),(R2),(R3),(R4)U l hvor M1 angir et alkalimetall, et jordalkalimetall eller et metall i III. eller IV. hoved- gruppe i det periodiske system, R1 angir hydrogen, C^-C^-alkyl, C8-C15-aryl, alkylaryl eller arylalkyl med i hvert tilfelle 1-10 C-atomer i alkylresten og 6-20 C-atomer i arylresten, R2-R4 angir hydrogen, halogen, d-C^-alkyl, C6-C15-aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, alk- oksy eller dialkylamino med i hvert tilfelle 1-10 C-atomer i alkylresten og 6-20 C- atomer i arylresten, r angir et helt tall fra 1 til 4 og s, t og u angir hele tall fra O til 3, idet summen r+s+t+u tilsvarer verdien av M1, B) omsetting av materialet oppnådd ifølge A) med et metallocenkompleks i sin metalldihalogenid-form og en metalloceniumion-dannende forbindelse og C) deretter omsetting med en metallforbindelse med den generelle formel II M2(Rs)0(R9)p(R7)q II hvor M2 angir et alkalimetall, et jordalkalimetall eller et metall i III. hovedgruppe i det periodiske system, Rs angir hydrogen, d-C^-alkyl, C6-C15-aryl, alkylaryl eller arylalkyl med i hvert tilfelle 1-10 C-atomer i alkylresten og 6-20 C-atomer i arylresten, R6 og R7 angir hydrogen, halogen, C^^-alkyl, C6-C15-aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl eller alkoksy med i hvert tilfelle 1-10 C-atomer i alkylresten og 6- 20 C-atomer i arylresten, o ngir et helt tall fra 1 til 3 og p og q angir hele tall fra O til 2, idet summen o+p+q tilsvarer verdien av M2.
