Description
foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører nye N(2-nitrofenyl)-4-amino-pyrimidinderivater med etterfølgende formel I.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører videre fremstillingen av disse substanser samt mikrobizide midler hvilke som virkestoff inneholder minst en av disse forbindelser. Oppfinnelsen vedrører likeledes fremstillingen av disse midler samt anvendelsen av virkestoffene eller midlene for bekjempelse av skadelige mikroor<g>anismer, .fortrinnsvis plantepatogene sopper.

Forbindelsene med formel I er under normale betingelser
stabile oljer, harpikser eller overveiende krystallinske faste stoffer som utmerker seg ved ytterst verdifulle'mikrobicide egenskaper. De lar seg f.eks. bruke i jordbruket eller beslektede områder, preventivt og kurativt for bekjempelse av plantepatogene mikroorganismer:. Virkestoffene med formel I ifølge oppfinnelsen utmerker seg innenfor vide anvendelseskonsentrasjoner, ved en høy fungicid akti-vitet' og problemløs anvendelse.

For fremstilling av forbindelsene med formel I henholdsvis
I' er følgende reaksjonsbetingelser fordelaktige:
N-alkyleringen av (II) med (III) til (I<1>), samt N-aeyleringen
av (I<1>) med (IV) til (I) skjer under hydrogenhalogenidav-spalting . Reaks jonstemperaturene. ved N-alkyleringen ligger v,.-J'mellom- -20° og 150°C, fortrinnsvis -20° og +3Q°C, ved N-acyleringen mellom 0° og +180°C, fortrinnsvis 0° og 150°C henholdsvis på■kokepunktet for løsningsmiddelet henholdsvis løsningsmiddelblandingen. I begge tilfeller er anvendelsen av syrebindende midler henholdsvis kondensasjonsmidler fordelaktige. Som sådanne kommer organiske og uorganiske baser i betraktning, f.eks. tertiæraminer såsom trialkylaminer
(t(rimetylamin, trietylamin, tripropylamin osv.), pyridin og pyridinbaser (4-dimetylaminopyridin, 4-pyrrolidylaminopyri-
din osv.), oksyd og hydroksy, karbonat og hydrogenkarbonat av alkali- og jordalkalimetaller samt alkaliacetat.
Reaksjonene kan utføres i nærvær av reaksjonsinérte løsnings-eller- f ortynningsmidler. På tale kommer f. eks. alifatiske og aromatiske hydrokarboner såsom benzen, toluen, xylener, petroleter; halogenerte hydrokarboner såsom klorbenzen, metylenklorid etylenklorid, kloroform, tetraklorkarbon,<;>tetrakloretylen;
eter og eteraktige forbindelser såsom dialkyletere (dietyleter, diisopropyleter, tert.-butylmetyleter osv.), anisol, dioksan, tetrahydrofuran, nitriler såsom acetonitril, pripionitril, N,N-dialkyierte amider såsom dimetylformamid, dimetylsulfoksyd, ketoner såsom aceton, dietylketon, metyletylketon og blandinger av slike løsningsmidler med hverandre.
Reaksjonen (II) og (III) kan også utføres i et vandig tofase-system gjennomført etter - den allment kjente prinsippfaseover-føringskatalyse..
■!Som organisk, med vann ikke blandbar fase kommer følgende løsningsmidler f. eks. på tale: alifatiske og aromatiske hydrokarboner, såsom pentan, heksan, cykloheksan, petrol-e ter, ligroin, benzen, toluen., xylener osv., halogenerte hydrokarboner såsom .diklormetan, kloroform, karbontetra-klorid, etylendiklorid, 1,2-dikloretan, tetrakloretylen osv. eller alifatiske etere såsom dietyleter, diisopropyleter, t-butylmetyleter osv.. Eksempler på egnede faseoverførings-katalysatorer er: tetraalkylammoniumhalogenider, -hydrogen-sulfater eller -hydroksyder såsom tetrabutylammoni.umklorid, -bromid, -jodid; .trietylbenzylammoniumklorid, -bromid, :,vl tetrapropylammoniumklorid, -bromid, -jodid; osv.. Som faseoverføringskatalysatorer kommer også fosfoniumsalter i betraktning. Reaksjonstemperaturene^ligger i allminnelighet mellom -30° og 130°C, henholdsvis på kokepunktet, for løs-ningsmiddelet eller løsningsmiddelblandingen.
For øvrig kan ved fremstilling av alle heri nevnte utgartgs-,' mellom- og sluttprodukter prinsipielt, med mindre noe annet spesielt er angitt, et eller flere reaksjonsinerte løsnings-og fortynningsmidler være tilstede. På tale kommer f.eks. alifatiske og-aromatiske hydrokarboner såsom benzen, toluen, xylen, petroleter, halogenerte hydrokarboner med klorbenzen, metylenklorid, etylenklorid, kloroform, tetraklorkarbon, tetrakloretylen; eter og eterforbindelser som dialkyleter (dietyleter, diisopropyleter, tert.-butylmetyleter osv.),
anisol, dioksan, tetrahydrofuran; nitril som acetonitril, propionitril; N,N-dialkylerte amider som dimetylformamid;
dimetylsulfoksy; keton som aceton, dietylketon, metyletylketon og blandinger av slike løsningsmidler med hverandre. I mange tilfeller kan det også være en fordel om reaksjonen eller deltrinnene av en reaksjon utføres under en beskyttelses-gassatmosfære og/eller absolutte løsningsmidler. Egnede be-sky ttelsesgasser er inerte gasser såsom nitrogen, helium, argon eller i visse tilfeller også karbondioksyd.
Den beskrevne fremstillingsmetode er innebefattet alle del-trinn, en viktig bestanddel av foreliggende oppfinnelse.
^Overraskende har man fastslått at forbindelsene med formel I har et for praktiske formål meget gunstig mikrobicid
spektrum mot fytopatogene sopper og bakterier. De har også .meget fordelaktige kurative, systemiske og spesielt preventive egenskaper og lar seg anvende for beskyttelse .av tall-rike kulturplanter. Med virkestoffer med formel I kan på planter "eller plantedeler (frukter, blomser, løvverk., stengler, knoller, røtter) av forskjellige nyttevekster de opptredende mikroorganismer hemmes eller drepes, hvorunder også senere-tilvoksende plantedeler av slike mikroorganismer blir for-skå<n>e<t>. ^!
Virkestoffene med formel I er virksomme mot de følgende klasser av tilhørende fytopatogene sopper: Fungi imperfecti (f.eks. Botrytis, Helminthosporium, jusarium Septoria, Cercospora og Alternaria); Basidiomyceten (f.eks.. Hemileia, Rhi-zocotonia, Puccinia); spesielt virker de mot klassene Ascomyceten (f.eks. Venturia,- Pososphaera, Erysiphe, Moniliriia, Uncinula). Dertil virker forbindelsene med formel I systemisk. De kan videre anvendes som beisemidler for behandling av såmateriale (frukter, knoller, korn) og plantestiklinger til beskyttelse mot soppinfeksjoner samt mot fytopatogene sopp som opptrer i jordbunnen.
Oppfinnelsen vedrører dermed- også mikrobicide midler samt
anvendelsen av forbindelsene med formel I for bekjempelse
av fytopatogene mikroorganismer, spesielt planteskadende
sopper henholdsvis den preventive forebygning av et angrep på planter.
Dertil omfatter foreliggende oppfinnelse også fremstilling av agrokjemiske midler som erkarakterisert vedgrundig blanding av aktivsubstanser med en eller flere av de heri beskrevne substanser henholdsvis substansgrupper. Innebefattet er også en fremgangsmåtebehandling av planter som utmerker seg ved applikasjon av forbindelsen med formel I henholdsvis de nye midler.
Som målkulturer for de heri beskrevne indikasjonsområder .'gjelder innenfor rammen av foreliggende oppfinnelse f.eks.
følgende plantearter: Korn som i: (hvete, bygg, rug, havre, ris, sorghum og beslektede); roer: (sukker- og f6rroer);
kjerne-, stein- og bærfrukt: (epler, pærer, plommer, fersken, mandler, kirsebær, jordbær, bringebær og bjørnebær); hylse-frukter: (bønner, linser, erter, soya); oljekulturer: (raps, sennep, mohn, oliven, solsikker, kokos, rizinus, kakao, jord-nøtter) ; dyrkevekster: (.Gresskar, agurker, meloner); fiber-vekster:^(bomull, flachs, hamp, jute); sitrusfrukter: (appel-siner, sitroner, grapefrukt, mandariner); grønnsaker: (spinat, hodesalat, asparges, kåltyper, løk, tomater, poteter, paprika,),;;
laurbærvekster: (avocado, kanel, kamfer) eller planter såsom mais, 'tobakk, nøtter, kaffe, sukkerrør, te, vindruer, humle, banan og naturgummivekster samt prydplanter (kompositter).
Virkestoffer med formel I anvendes normalt i form av blandinger og kan gis på flaten eller planten som skal behandles samtidig eller etter hverandre med ytterligere virkestoffer;'.' Disse ytterligere virkestoffer kan være både gjødning,- spor-elementformidlere eller andre preparater som påvirker plante-veksten. Det kan også være selektive herbicider, insekticider, fungicider, baktericider, nematizider, molluskizider eller blandinger av flere av disse preparater sammen med eventuelle ytterligere i formuleringsteknikken vanlige bærestoffer, tencider eller andre applikasjonshjelpende tilsetninger.
Egnede bærere og tilsetninger kan-være faste eller flytende
og tilsvare de i formuleringsteknikken hensiktsmessige.stoffer såsom f.eks. naturlige eller regenerete mineralstoffer, løs-nings-, dispergerings-, fukte--, hefte-, fortyknings-, binde-eller gjødningsmidler.
En foretrukket fremgangsmåte for påføring av et virkestoff med formel I henholdsvis et agrokjemisk middel som inneholder minst et av disse virkestoffer er påføring på bladverket (bladapplikasjon). Antall applikasjoner og anvendt mengde av-henger derunder av inf eks jonsg.raden til den tilsvarende syk-domskilde (sopptypen)..Virkestoffene med formel I kan imidlertid også komme i jordbunnen gjennom rotsystemet inn i planten
>(systemisk virkning) idet man dynker plantens stamplass med
et flytende preparat eller bringer substansen inn i jorden i fast form, f.eks. i form av granulat (jordapplikasjon). Forbindelsene med formel I kan imidlertid også påføres frø-kornene (coating), idet man enten dynker kornene med et flytende preparat av virkestoffet eller besjikter dem med et fast preparat. Dertil er ytterligere applikasjonstyper mulig i helt spesielle.tilfeller, f.eks. i denmålrettede behandling av planbestengel eller knopper.
Forbindelsene med formel I anvendes derunder i uforandret form eller fortrinnsvis sammen med de i formuleringsteknikken vanlige hjelpemidler og bearbeides derfor f.eks. til emulsjonskonsentrater, strykbare pastaer, direkte sprøytbare '■ ' eller fortynnede løsninger, fortynnede emulsjoner, sprøyte-pulvere, løselige pulvere, støvmidler, granulater, ved for-kapsling i f.eks."polymere stoffer på kjent måte. Anvendelses-metoden såsom sprøyting, tåkelegning, forstøvning, strøing, ;' bestrykning eller helling velges liksom typen av middel av-

hehgig av målene og de foreliggende forhold. Gunstige bruks-mengder ligger generelt ved 50 g til 5 kg aktiv substans (AS) pr. ha; fortrinnsvis 100 g til 2 kg AS/ha, spesielt ved 200 g til 600 g AS/ha.
Formuleringene, dvs. midlene som inneholder virkestoffet med formel I.og eventuelt.et fast eller flytende tilsetningsstoff, tilberedninger eller sammensetninger fremstilles på kjent måte, f.eks. ved grundig blanding og/eller maling av virkestoff med strekkmidler såsom f.eks. med løsningsmidler, faste bærestoffer og eventuelt overflåteaktive forbindelser (tensider).
Som løsningsmiddel kommer på tale aromatiske hydrokarboner, fortrinnsvis fraksjonene Cg til C-^' såsom f.eks. xylen-blandinger eller substituerte naftalener, ftalsyreestere såsom dibutyl- eller dioktylftalat, alifatiske hydrokarboner
såsom cykloheksan eller parafiner, alkoholer og glykoler samt' deires etere og estere såsom etanol, etylenglykol, etylenglykol-monometyl- eller etyleter, ketoner såsom cykloheksanon, sterkt
■■polare løsningsmidler såsom N-metyl-2-pyrrolidon, dimetylsulfoksyd eller dimetylformamid, samt eventuelt epoksyderte planteoljer såsom epoksydert kokosolje eller soyaolje;
.eller vann.
Som faste bærestoffer, f.eks. for støvemiddel eller disper-gerbare pulvere anvendes som regel naturlige steinmel såsom kalsitt, talkum, kaolin, montmorillonitt eller attapulgitt. For å forbedre de fysikalske egenskaper kan også høydispers kiselsyre eller høydisperse polymerisatorer med sugeevne tilsettes. Som kornede, adsorbtive granulatbærere kommer porøse typer såsom f.eks. pimpestein, mursteinsbiter, sepiolitt eller'benotnitt og også ikke-absorberende bærematerialer, •ilf.eks. kalsitt eller sand' på tale. Dertil kan en rekke for-granulerte materialer av uorganisk eller organisk natur såsom spesielt dolomitt eller finhakkede planterester anvendes. Særlig fordelaktige, applikasjonsfremmende tilsetningsstoffer, . hvilke kan føre til en sterk reduksjon av bruksmengden, er,,videre naturlige, animalske eller vegetabilske eller syntetiske fosforlipider fra rekken kefaliner og lecitiner såsom f.eks; fosfatidyletanolamin, fosfatidylserin, fosfatidyl-cholin, singomyelin, fosfatidylinositol, fosfatidylglycerol, lysolecitin, plasmalogener eller cardiolipin, som man f.eks. kan utvinne fra animalske eller vegetabilske celler, spesielt fra hjerne, hjerte, lever, eggehvite eller soyabønner. Anvend-elige handelsblandinger er f.eks. fosfatidylcholinblandinger. Syntetiske fosfolipider er f.eks. dioktanoylfosfatidylcholin og dipalmittoylfosfatidylcholin..
Som overflateaktive forbindelser kommer avhengig av virkestoffer.med formel I som skal formuleres ikke ionogene, kation- og/eller anionaktive tensider med gode emulgerings-, dispergerings- og fukteegenskaper i betraktning. Med tensider forstås også tensidblandinger.
Egnede anioniske tensider kan være både såkalte vannløselige såper og vannløselige syntetiske overflateaktive forbindelser.
Som såper kan nevnes alkali-,, jordalkali- eller eventuelt
■'substituerte ammoniumsalter av høyere fettsyrer (C-^q-C22) ' såsom f.eks. Na- eller K-salter av olje- eller stearinsyre eller av naturlige fettsyreblandinger, hvilke f.eks. kan■ utvinnes fra kokosnøtt- eller talgolje. Videre må også fett-syre-metyllaurinsalter nevnes.
Oftere anvendes imidlertid såkalte syntetiske tensider, spesielt fettsulfonater, fettsulfater, sulfonerte benzimidazolderivater.;: eller alkylsulfonater.
Fettsulfonatene eller -sulfatene foreligger som regel som :;.ri alkali-, jordalkali- eller eventuelt substituerte ammoniumsalter og har en alkalirest med 8 til 22 C-atomer hvorunder alkyl også omfatter alkyldelen av acylrester, f.eks. Na- eller Ca-saltet av lignihsulfonsyre, dodecylsvovelsyreesteren eller en fettalkoholsulfatblanding fremstilt fra naturlige fettsyrer. Hertil hører også saltene av svovelsyreestere og sul-fonsyrer av f ettalkoholetylenoksydaddukter. De sulfonerte benzimidazolderivater inneholder fortrinnsvis 2-sulfonsyre-grupper og en fettsyrerest med 8-22 C-atomer. Alkylarylsul-fonater er f.eks. Na-, Ca- eller trietanolaminsaltene av dode-cylbenzensulfonsyre, dibutylnaftalinsulfonsyre eller et nafta-lensulfonsyreformaldehyd kondensasjonsprodukt.
Videre kommer også tilsvarende fosfater såsom f.eks. saltene av f osf orsyreesterene av et p-nonylf eno-1-( 4-14 ) -etylenoksyd-addukt på tale.
Som ikke-ioniské tensider kommer i første rekke polyglykol-eterderivater av alifatiske eller cykloalifatiske alkoholer, mettede eller umettede fettsyrer og alkylfenoler på tale, hvilke kan inneholde 3 til 30 glykoletergrupper .og 8 til 20 karbonatomer i den (alifatiske) hydrokarbonrest og 6 til 18 kårbonatomer i alkylfenolenes alkylrest.
Ytterligere egnede ikke-ioniske tensider er de vannløselige polyenoksydaddukter som inneholder 20 til 250 etylenglykol-etergrupper og 10 til 100 g propylenglykoletergrupper med polypropropylenglykol, etylendiaminpolypropylenglykol og . "'alkylpolypropylenglykol med 1 til 10 karbonatomer i alkyl-kjeden. Den nevnte forbindelse inneholder normalt pr. pro-pylenglykolenhet 1 til 5 etylenglykolenheter.

Vider kommer også fettsyreestere av polyoksyetylensorbitan såsom polyoksyetylensorbitan-trioleat i betraktning. ■
Ved'de kationiske tensider dreier det seg fremfor alt om kvartærnære ammoniumsalter, hviike som N-substituenter inneholder minst en alkylrest med 8 til 22 C-atomer og som ytterligere substituenter lavere, eventuelt halogenerte alkyl-,. benzyl- eller, lavere hydroksyalkylrester'. Saltene foreligger fortrinnsvis som halogenider, metyl- =<!.>sulfater eller etylsulfater, f.eks. stearyltrimetylammo-niumklorid eller benzyldi(2-kloretyl)etylammoniumbromid.

Mens snarere konsentrerte midler foretrekkes som handels-vare anvender sluttforbrukeren som regel fortynnede midler.

Reaksjonsblandingen avkjøles til 0°C, og den beige oppslemming tildryppes i løpet av.1 time 3 5,4 deler
2,4-diklor-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid.i 120 ml tetrahydrofuran, hvorunder oppslemmingen blir rødfarget. Etter 14 timers røring ved romtemperatur helles fraksjonsblandingen på isvann, surgjøres med 15 ml konsentrert saltsyre og ekstraheres to ganger med 300 ml eddiksyreetylester.. De sammenslåtte ekstrakter vaskes to ganger med 100 ml vann hver gang, tørkes over natriumsulfat, filtreres og inndampes.. Den oljeaktige rest bringes til krystallisering ved til-setning av pétroleter og omkrystalliseres fra kloroform etter frafiltreringen. Man får beige krystaller med smp. 174-177°C.

N- ( 2.' , 4 ' - dinitro- 6 ' - trif luormetylf enyl) - 4- amino- 2 , 6- diklor-pyrimidin
Til en løsning av 8,2 deler 2,6-diklor-4-amino-pyrimidin i
200 ml absolutt tetrahydrofuran settes 7,24 deler 85%-ig pulverisert kaliumhydroksyd. Blandingen avkjøles til 0 C og blandes under røring porsjonsvis i løpet av 1 time med 13,5 deler 2-klor-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluorid i 100 ml absolutt tetrahydrofuran. Derunder slår reaksjonsløsningens farge om fra gult til rødt. Etter 12 timers røring helles reaksjons-i løsningen på 500 1 isvann, surgjøres med 8 ml konsentrert, saltsyre og ekstraheres 2 ganger med 200 ml eddiksyreetylester hver gang. De sammenslåtte ekstrakter vaskes med 50
ml vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat, filtreres og inndampes. Råproduktet omkrystalliseres fra metanol. Smp. 198-200°C.
Eksempel H3: Fremstilling av
N-( 3'- klor- 2', 6'- dinitro- 4'- trifluormetylfenyl)- 4- amino- 6-klor- 2- metylmerkapto- pyrimidin
7,9 deler fin.pulverisert, 85% kaliumhydroksyd oppløses i
• 7 0 ml dimetylsulfoksyd. Dertil dryppes en løsning av 17,6 deler 4-amino-6-klor-2-metylmerkaptopyrimidin i -80 ml dime'tylsulfok-ACM a 7 c i c nnn k 0.1
åyd ved ca. 15°C, og reaksjonsblandingen røres en halv time ved romtemperatur. Deretter tildryppes ved ca. 115°C 30,5 deler 1,3-diklor-2,6-dinitro-4-trifluormetylbenzol i 100 ml dimetylsulfoksyd, reaksjonsblandingen røres natten over ved romtemperatur, helles så på 2 1 isvann og ekstraheres med eddiksyreetylester. De samlede ekstrakter vaskes flere ganger med vann, tørkes over natriumsulfat, filtreres og inndampes. Råproduktet renses søylekromatografisk (kiselgel/diklormetan). Utbyttet var 22,3 deler, smp. 171-175°C.

Løsningene er egnet for anvendelse i form av fine dråper.
Virkestoffet oppløses i metylénklorid., sprøytes .på bæreren
og løsningsmiddelet deretter avdampet i vakuum.
Ved omhyggelig blanding av bærestoffer med virkestoffet
får man støvemiddel klart til bruk.

Virkestoffet blandet godt med tilsetningsstoffene og malt godt i en egnet mølle. Man får sprøytepuler som lar seg fortynne med vann til suspensjoner i enhver ønsket konsentrasjon.
Fra dette konsentrat kan det fremstilles enhver ønsket konsentrasjon ved fortynning med vannemulsjoner.
Man får ferdig til bruk støvemiddel, hvori virkestoffet blandet med bæreren males i en egnet mølle.
Virkestoffet blandes med tilsetningsstoffene, males og
fuktes med vann. Denne blanding ekstruderes- og tørkes deretter i en luftstrøm.
Det rene malte virkestoff plasseres i én blander på det med polyetylenglykol fuktede'kaolin. På denne måte får man støvfritt .omhylling.sgranulat.
Den rene malte virkestoff blandes omhyggelig med tilsetningsstoffene. Man får således et suspensjonskonsentrat, fra hvilken gjennom fordynning med vannsuspensjoner man kan fremstille enhver ønsket konsentrasjon.

Eksempel Bl: Virkning mot Puccinia graminis på hvete
a) Residualbeskyttende virkning
Hveteplanter ble sprøytet 6 dager etter såing med en sprøyte-væske fremstilt av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet (0,02% aktiysubstans). Etter 24 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med en uredosporesuspensjon av soppen. Etter en inkubasjon på 48 timer ved 95-100% relativ luftfuktighet og- ca. 20°C ble de infiserte planter stilt i et veksthus ved ca. 22°C. Bedømmelsen av rustsopputviklingen fant sted 12 dager etter infeksjonen.
b) Systemisk virkning
Til hveteplanter helte man 5 dager etter såing en sprøyte- ;i
væske fremstilt av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet (0,006% aktiv substans i forhold til jordvolumet]. Etter 48 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med en urédosporesuspen-sjon av soppen. Etter en inkubasjon på 48 timer ved 95-100% relativ luftfuktighet og ca. 20°C ble de infiserte planter stilt i et veksthus ved ca. 22°C. Bedømmelsen av rustsopputviklingen fant sted 12 dager etter infeksjonen.
Forbindelsene fra tabellene' 1, 2 og 7, spesielt forbindelsene fra gruppe Ib og Id viste en meget god virkning mot Puccinia-sopp. Ubehandlede, men infiserte kontrollplanter viste et Pucciniaangrep på 100%. Blant annet hemmet forbindelsene
1.1, 1,4, 1.5, 1.8, 2.1, 2.2, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.12, 2.27, . 2.32,'2.40, 2.42, 2.49, 7.2, 7.5 og 7.32 Pucciniaangrepet
til 0 til 5%.
Eksempel B2: Virkning mot Cersopora arachidicola på jordnøtt-planter
Residualbeskyttende virkning
10-15 cm høye jordnøttplanter ble sprøytet med en sprøytevæske
(0,006% aktiv substans) fremstilt av et sprøytepulver av virkesubstansen og infisert 48 timer senere med en konidiesuspensjon av soppen. De infiserte plantene ble inkubert 72 timer ved ca. 21°C og høy luftfuktighet og deretter opp-stilt i veksthus inntil typiske bladflekker opptrådde..
Bedømmmelsen av den fungicide virkning fant sted 12 dager
etter infeksjonen basert på antall' og størrelse av fore-kommende flekker.
I sammenligning med ubehandlede, men infiserte kontroll- :,, j planter (antall og størrelse av flekkene =. 100%), viste jordnøttplanter som var lett behandlet med virkestoffer fra gruppene Ib og Id et sterkt redusert Cercospora-angrep. Således forhindret forbindelsene 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, 1.8, 1.63,
1.80, 2.2, 2.3, 2.32, 2.40, 7.1 og 7.32 i ovennevnte forsøk forekomst av flekker på bladene nesten fullstendig (0-10%).
Eksempel B3: Virkning mot Erysiphae graminis på bygg
a) Residualbeskyttende virkning
Ca. 8 cam høye byggplanter ble sprøytet med en sprøytevæske
(0,002% aktiv substans) fremstilt av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet. Etter 3-4 timer ble de behandlede planter bestøvet med konidiesporer' av soppen. De infiserte bygg-
planter ble stilt i et veksthus ved ca. 22°C og soppangrepet bedømt etter 10 dager.
b) . Systemisk virkning
T.il ca. 8 cm høye byggplanter ble sprøytet med en sprøytevæske
(0,006% aktiv substans) fremstilt av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet.Det ble derved oppmerksom på at sprøytevæsken ikke kom i berøring med. de overjordiske plantedeler. Etter 4 8 timer ble de behandlede planter bestøvet med konidiesporer av soppen. De infiserte byggplantene ble stilt i et veksthus
■ved ca. 22°C og soppangrepet bedømt etter 10 dager.
Fbrbindelser med formel I, spesielt fra gruppene Ib og Id
viste god virkning mot Erysiphe-sopp. Blant annet hemmet forbindelser fra tabellene soppangrepet, på bygg til mindre enn 30%, således f.eks. forbindelsene 7.1, 7.5 og 7.12.
Eksempel B4: Residualbeskyttende virkning mot Venturia inaequalis på epleskudd.
Eplestiklinger med 10-20 cm lange friske skudd ble sprøytet
med en sprøytevæske (0,00.6% aktiv substans) fremstilt fra s.prøy tepulver av virkestoffet. Etter 24 timer ble de béhand-lede planter infisert med en konidiesuspensjon av soppen. Plantene ble så. inkubert 5 dager ved 90-100 % relativ luftfuktighet og stilt 10 ytterligere dager i et veksthus ved 20-24°C. Skuddangrepet ble bedømt 15 dager etter infeksjonen. Forbindelser fra tabellene hemmet sykdomsangrepet til mindre
enn 25%, således f.eks. forbindelsene 1.4, 1.5 og 1.12. Ubehandlede men infiserte kontrollskudd ble derimot angrepet :< 100%-ig.
Eksempel B5: Virkning mot Botrytis cinerea på bønner Residualbeskyttende virkning
Ca. 10.. cm1 høye bønneplanter.ble sprøytet med en sprøyte-
væske (0,02% aktiv substans) fremstilt fra sprøytepulver av virkestoffet. Etter 48 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med. en konidiesuspens jon av. soppen. Etter en inkubasjon av de infiserte planter på 3 dager ved 95-100% relativ fuktighet og 21°C ble soppangrepet bedømt. Forbindelsene fra tabellen hemmet i mange tilfeller soppinfek-sjonen meget sterkt. Ved en konsentrasjon på 0,02% viste forbindelsene fra tabellene 1,2 og 7, således f.eks. forbindelsene 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, 1.8, 1,12, 7.1 og 7.32 seg som fullstendig virksomme. Sykdomsangrepet lå på 0-8%. Botrytis-angrepet pa ubehandlede infiserte bønneplanter var 100%.

■ Eksempel B6: Virkning mot fytoftora infestans fra tomatplanter.
a) Residualbeskyttende virkning
Tomatplanter ble sprøytet etter 3-ukers kultivering med en
sprøytevæske (0,06% aktiv substans) fremstilt fra sprøyte-pulveret av virkestoffet. Etter 24 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med en sporangiensuspensjon av soppen. Bedømmelsen av soppangrepet fant sted etter en inkubasjon
av de infiserte planter på 5 dager ved 90-100% relativ luftfuktighet på 20°C. '''' b) Systemisk virkning
Til tomatplanter helte man etter 3-ukers dyrkning en sprøyte-væske (0,06% aktiv substans i forhold til jordvolumet) fremstilt av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet. Man passet derunder på at sprøytevæsken ikke kom i berøring med plantedelene over. jorden. Etter 48 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med en sporangiensuspensjon av soppen. Bedømmelsen av soppangrepet fant. sted etter en inkubasjon av en infisert plante på 5 dager ved 90-100% relativ luftfuktighet og 20°C.
Spesielt forbindelser fra undergruppene Ib og Id viste i ovennevnte forsøk en meget god systemisk virkning, således f.eks. forbindelsene Nr. 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 1.12, 1.16, 1.20, 1.37, 1.49, 1.57, 1.74, 1.80, 1.84, 2.1, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.27, 2.32, 2.49, 2.55, 4.4, 7.7. og 7.32.
I forhold til ubehandlede kontrollplanter (100% angrep) bevirket disse forbindelser en nesten fullstendig undertrykning av soppangrepet (0 til 5%) .
Eksempel B7: Virkning mot Plasmapora viticola, på druer
a) Residualbeskyttende virkning
I 4-5 bladsstadiét ble drueplanter sprøytet med en sprøyte-væske (0,06% aktiv substans)av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet. Etter 24 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med en' sporangiesuspensjon av soppen. Etter' en inkubasjon på 6 dager ved 95-100% relativ fuktighet og 20°C ble soppangrepet bedømt..
b) jResidualkurativ virkning
I 4-5 bladsstadiet ble rugplantene infisert med en sporangiesuspensjon av soppen. Etter en inkubasjon på 24 timer i et fuktighetskammer ved 95-100% relativ fuktighet og 20°C ble de infiserte planter tørket og sprøytet med en sprøytevæske (0,06% aktiv substans) fremstilt av sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet. Etter tørking av sprøytebelegget ble de behandlede ,w planter igjen bragt i fuktighetskammeret. Bedømmelsen av soppangrepet skjedde 6 dager etter infeksjonen.
Forbindelser fra tabellene 1, 2 og 7 viste en meget god fungicid virkning mot Plasmopara viticola på druer, spesielt virkestoffene Nr. 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, 1.8 og 7.32 bevirket en fullstendig reduksjon av soppangrepet (0-5%) .
Eksempel B8: Virkning mot Piricularia oryzae på risplanterResidualbeskyttende virkning
Risplanter ble sprøytet etter to ukers dyrkning med en sprøyte-væske (0,02% aktiv substans) fremstilt fra sprøytepulveret av virkestoffet. Etter 48 timer ble de behandlede planter infisert med en konidiesuspensjon av soppen. Etter 5 dagers inkubering -

ved 95-100% relativ luftfuktighet og 24 C ble soppangrepet bedømt.
