Abstract

Et støpebelte for anvendelse i en enkeltbelte- eller dobbeltbelte-støpemaskin er vist. Støpebeltet er laget av en aluminiumslegering, slik som en legering fra AA5XXX og AA6XXX systemene, fortrinnsvis med en tykkelse i området 1-2 mm. Aluminiumsstøpebeltet er passende for å støpe ikke-jem og lettmetaller, slik som aluminium, magnesium, kobber, sink og deres legeringer, spesielt aluminiumslegeringer slik som AlMg, Al-Mg-Si, Al-Fe-Si og Al-Fe-Mn-Si legeringssystemer.
