Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av et belagt bånd, < 1,5 mm tykt, ment for fremstillingen av loddede varmevekslere, omfattende: - støping av en plate dannet av kjernelegering med følgende sammensetning (vekt%): Si < 0,8 Fe < 0,8 Cu: 0,2-0,9 Mn: 0,7-1,5 Mg < 0,4 Zn < 0,2 Ti < 0,1 andre elementer < 0,05 hver og < 0,15 totalt, resten aluminium. - homogenisering av nevnte plate mellom 550 og 630°C i det minste i 1 time, - belegning på en eller to sider av nevnte emne med en aluminiumloddelegering, fortrinnsvis inneholdende 5 til 13% silisium, - varmvalsing etterfulgt av kaldvalsing av det belagte emnet til en tykkelse nær sluttykkelsen, - rekrystallisasjonsgløding av båndet mellom 300 og 400°C, - deformasjonsherding av det glødede båndet for å oppnå en permanent deformasjon mellom 2 og 10% og sluttykkelsen.
