Abstract

THE DISC WHEEL FOR A VEHICLE COMPRISES A DISC AND A RIM WHICH ARE FIXEDLY INTER CONNECTED. THE DISC WHEEL IS DIVIDED AT ITS CIRCUMFERENCE INTO THREE DISC WHEEL SEGMENTS AND THE SEPARATION OR JOINT SURFACES THEREOF PROVIDE A FORM- LOCKING CONNECTION AT THE REGION OF THE RIM. AT THE REGION OF THE DISC; THERE ARE PROVIDED FURTHER SEPARATION SURFACES WHICH ARE POSITIONED IN SPACED RELATIONSHIP FROMEACH OTHER AND FORM RESPECTIVE SLOTS. BY MEANS OF THESE SLOTS, THE DISC WHEEL SEGMENTS CAN BE PUSHED TOGETHER TO SUCH AN EXTENT DURING MOUNTING OF THE TIRE, THAT THESE DISC WHEEL SEGMENTS CAN BE INSERTED INTO REGION BOUNDED BY THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE TIRE.
