Abstract

Un objeto de la presente invencion consiste en proveer un vector de expresion que permita obtener con facilidad cepas con alto nivel de produccion mediante una celula de mamifero, y especialmente una celula de ovario de hamster chino (celula CHO) como huesped. La presente invencion provee un vector de expresion que induce alta productividad de proteinas geneticamente recombinantes en celulas de huesped animal, que comprende un promotor inducible de alta expresion, un sitio de clonacion multiple para la insercion del gen y una secuencia de senal de poliadenilacion, en este orden corriente arriba, y que ademas comprende corriente abajo un gen resistente al farmaco que carece de un promotor capaz de actuar en celulas animales.
