Abstract
El metodo para elaborar un cuerpo de polimero espumado a partir de una composicion de molde se lleva a cabo usando una herramienta (5) de formacion en la cual toma lugar de forma simultanea una reaccion de reticulacion y una formacion de burbujas de espuma. Antes del procesamiento de la composicion de molde, esta esta presente en la forma de dos componentes (A; B) mantenidos de forma separada que incluyen cada uno un medio parcial para llevar a cabo la reaccion de reticulacion y que difieren por este medio parcial. Los dos componentes de la composicion de molde se mezclan para la preparacion para el proposito de procesamiento. Los dos componentes (A, B) se transportan de forma separada en dos flujos bajo presion elevada al inicio de la preparacion. En este proceso, ambos componentes, o solo uno de los componentes, se impregna con un fluido (C) de espumacion fisica. Los dos flujos (32a, 32b) se combinan bajo presion elevada despues de la impregnacion y se mezclan en este proceso. Finalmente, la mezcla reactiva formada por el mezclado se extruye de forma continua en tanto que se disminuye la presion o se inyecta de una manera dosificada en una cavidad de la herramienta de formacion. La cavidad se calienta de forma opcional para la aceleracion de la reaccion de reticulacion.
