Claims (11)
- 成形器具(5)において、架橋反応と同時に発泡される成形組成物から、発泡重合体を製造する方法であって、前記成形組成物が液体シリコンゴムであり、前記成形組成物が、成形加工前には、個別に保たれた2つの成分(A、B)の形態で存在し、それぞれの成分が、架橋反応を実施する部分的手段を含み、それぞれの成分が前記部分的手段によって異なっており、2つの成形組成物成分を、加工の目的のための調合のために混合する、発泡重合体を製造する方法において、
前記2つの成分(A、B)が、調合の開始時に、高圧力下の2つの流れとして個別に搬送され、搬送中に、両成分に、又は一方の成分のみに多孔質の壁を通って発泡剤(C)の注入を行うことと、
注入後、前記2つの流れ(32a、32b)を、なお高圧力下で合流させ、混合することと、
最後に、圧力を低下させながら、混合によって形成した反応性混合物を連続押出加工することとを特徴とする、発泡重合体を製造する方法。 - 物理的発泡流体、例えばCO2、N2、ペンタン、他の適切な炭化水素、不活性ガス、又は前記で指定されたガスの2つ以上の混合物を、発泡剤(C)として使用し、好ましくは、前記注入および前記2つの流れの混合を、静止型混合器(21、22)を使用して実施することを特徴とする請求項1に記載された発泡重合体を製造する方法。
- 架橋反応を実施する前記部分的手段が、1つの架橋剤の2つの成分であること、又は、前記部分的手段が、架橋反応の2つの反応物質によって提供されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載された発泡重合体を製造する方法。
- 少なくとも1つの更なる添加剤、例えば染料、又は触媒として有効な物質を、前記注入と同時に、前記成形組成物成分(A、B)に混合することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された発泡重合体を製造する方法。
- 注入された前記成形組成物成分(A、B)を混合する際に、任意選択で発泡流体(C)をさらに供給できることと、混合後、調合された成形組成物が、搬送デバイスによって、例えば可塑化ユニットのスクリューによって、成形器具(5)に搬送されることとを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された発泡重合体を製造する方法。
- 前記2つの成形組成物成分(A、B)の流れのうちの1つのための、少なくとも1つの注入デバイス(2a、2b)が、混合デバイス(3)の上流に連結され、任意選択で2つの注入デバイスが並列に連結され、
前記混合デバイスに押出器具が隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された方法を実施するための工場設備。 - スクリュー搬送器が、前記反応性混合物、即ち注入された前記成形組成物を搬送するために、前記連結デバイス(4)に配置され、それにより前記反応性混合物の前記スクリュー搬送器での滞留時間が、20〜40℃の低温で比較的長くなり、熱によって開始される重合体の架橋が前記成形器具(5)においてのみ起こることを特徴とする請求項6に記載された工場設備。
- 各注入デバイス(2、2a、2b)が、以下の構成要素、すなわち、
円柱状又は環状隙間状の混合チャンバ(21)用のハウジング(20)と、
多孔性材料から作られる筒状壁(23)又は2つの筒状壁であって、該壁を通して、圧力下で供給することのできる発泡流体(C)を、前記混合チャンバの被覆表面又は内側若しくは外側の被覆表面にわたって均一に分配することができる壁とを含むことを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載された工場設備。 - 静止型混合要素(22)が、前記混合チャンバに配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された工場設備。
- 熱伝達媒体(7、7’)用の通路システム(6)が、ハウジング(20)に統合され、前記混合要素(22)のせん断力の影響を受けた前記成形組成物成分(A、B)から、熱を熱伝達媒体によって運び去ることができることを特徴とする請求項9に記載された工場設備。
- 注入中に、前記混合要素(22)のせん断力の影響を受けた前記成形組成物成分(A、B)から、熱を熱伝達媒体によって運び去ることができることを特徴とする請求項10に記載された工場設備。
