Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un proceso para fabricar compuestos a base de uno o mas silicatos alcalinos y/o alcalinoterreos y/o de tierras raras, opcionalmente en la forma de silicatos mezclados que asocian al menos dos de estos elementos, el proceso comprende:(i) preferentemente una reaccion de conversion (1) de los haluros de los metales alcalinos y/o de las tierras raras y/o alcalinoterreos, en los sulfatos correspondientes; y(ii) una reaccion de conversion (2) de los sulfatos, junto con silice en los silicatos correspondientes, el suministro de calor necesario para esta conversion es proporcionado, al menos en parte, por un reactor (3) de combustion utilizando un quemador sumergido o una pluralidad de quemadores sumergidos.
