Abstract

Un proceso para producir una mezcla de grasa, utilizable como un abastecimiento duro en margarina y con/sin cubierta que comprende 30-55% de aceite vegetal líquido y 45-70% de una grasa que tiene por lo menos 80% de ácidos grasos saturados de una longitud de cadena de 16 átomos de carbono o más, y separar el producto interesterificado para obtener una fraccion de oleína que tiene un contenido de grasa solida de N10=54/85, N20=32-70, N30=4-30, N35=<18. Una mezcla de grasa obtenible por este proceso, una grasa de margarina que contiene tales mezclas de grasa y un producto de grasa, en particular una margarina o con/sin cubierta que contiene esta grasa de margarina o esta mezcla de grasa.
