Abstract
Para uso en una unidad de disparo, un arreglo de blindaje de corrienteconmutado en un sistema de disparo de interrupción de circuito acopla lostransformadores de corriente a un voltaje relativamente bajo y acumula unelevado nivel de energía rápidamente al activarse, de modo que elsolenoide de disparo pueda ser energizado con prontitud después de ladetección de una condición de falla espuria. El arreglo regula lacorriente de suministro desde los transformadores de corriente a uncapacitor de voltaje de disparo y aun capacitor de suministro en laentrada de un circuito de regulación de voltaje. El transformador decorriente carga el capacitor de voltaje de disparo a un primer nivel devoltaje prescrito, y un circuito de blindaje de corriente blinda lacorriente que pasa del transformador de corriente al capacitor desuministro, tal que durante la operación normal el capacitor de suministroes cargado a un segundo nivel de voltaje prescrito. En respuesta a que elcapacitor de voltaje de disparo se cargue al primer nivel de voltajeprescrito, la corriente de suministro es dejada fluir desde eltransformador de corriente al capacitor de suministro y el capacitor devoltaje de disparo es aislado del capacitor de suministro una vez que secarga el capacitor de voltaje de disparo del primer nivel de voltajeprescrito. Esto aísla el transformador de corriente de ver el elevadovoltaje en el capacitor de voltaje de disparo mientras permite obtenerrápidamente un elevado nivel de voltaje en el capacitor de voltaje dedisparo.
