Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar un complejo que comprende un polipéotido fisiológicamente activo, un polímero no peptídico y una región constante de una inmunoglobulina, caracterizado porque comprende: (1) hacer reaccionar un polímero no peptídico que comprende dos o más aldehídos como grupos funcionales con un polipéptido fisiológicamente activo o con una región constante de una inmunoglobulina en presencia de un agente reductor, en una concentración de entre 1 y menos de 20 mM; y (2) hacer reaccionar la mezcla de reacción de (1) con una región constante de una inmunoglobulina o con un polipéptido fisiológicamente activo, respectivamente, o bien poner en práctica una reacción en presencia de un agente reductor, en una concentración de entre 1 y 100 mM, donde el peptídico es polietilenglico (PEG) y el agente reductor empelado en el paso 1) en cianoborohidruro de sodio (SCB).
