Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un polipéptido de enlace CD3 caracterizado porque comprende un dominio de enlace CD3, en donde el dominio de enlace CD3 tiene un punto isoeléctrico reducido en comparación con el punto isoleléctrico de un dominio de enlace con la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO: 41; en donde el dominio de enlace CD3 comprende una región pesada variable (VH) humanizada y una región ligera variable (VL) humanizada y en donde la región VH humanizada y la región VL humanizada comprende regiones de marco; en donde la región VH comprende la SEQ ID NO: 28, y la región VL comprende la SEQ ID NO: 34 o una secuencia de aminoácidos de aproximadamente 90% a menos de 100% idéntica a la SEQ ID NO: 34; en donde la región VL comprende una CDR1 qu3 tiene una secuencia de SEQ ID NO: 52, una región CDR2 que tiene una secuencia de SEQ ID NO. 53, y una CDR3 que tiene una secuencia de SEQ ID NO: 54, y en don del polipéptido de enlace CD3 comprende además un segundo dominio de enlace.
