Abstract
El dispositivo (1) de secado del recubrimiento superior es un dispositivo para secar una película recubierta que se recubre sobre un objeto (B) de recubrimiento continuamente transportado, donde el objeto (B) de recubrimiento incluye un cuerpo (B1) de vehículo y un parachoques (BP) con una mayor capacidad calorífica que la capacidad calorífica del cuerpo (B1) de vehículo; el dispositivo (1) de secado del recubrimiento superior se equipa con un cuerpo (10) principal del horno de secado, al interior del cual se transporta el objeto (B) de recubrimiento; un dispositivo (20A) de suministro de aire caliente que calienta el objeto (B) de recubrimiento suministrando aire caliente al cuerpo (10) principal del horno de secado y soplando el aire caliente desde una primera salida (26) de aire caliente hacia el interior del horno (20) de secado; y una unidad (80) de control que controla el dispositivo (20A) de suministro de aire caliente de acuerdo con la capacidad calorífica del objeto (B) de recubrimiento, en donde la unidad (80) de control controla el dispositivo (20A) de suministro de aire caliente de tal manera que, al calentar el parachoques (BP) que se transporta, se suministra aire caliente con una mayor cantidad de calor que la cantidad de calor en el aire caliente que se suministra a fin de calentar el cuerpo (B1) de vehículo.
