Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricación de una pieza moldeada aislante, en particular para electrodomésticos refrigerantes, en el cual la pieza moldeada se proporciona llenando una cavidad entre una pared interna y una externa de un molde (M) en forma de caja abierta con una mezcla de reacción de poliuretano y dejando que la mezcla de reacción de poliuretano se cure formando un polímero C que contiene poliuretano, estando la pared interna y externa dispuestas a una distancia fija una de otra y comprendiendo cada pared una cara inferior (3) y una pluralidad de caras laterales (1, 2, 4, 5), mientras que la mezcla de reacción de poliuretano se introduce a través de una abertura de entrada (I) situada en el área central de la cara inferior (3) de la pared externa, en donde antes de llenar la cavidad, el molde (M) se vuelve con la cara inferior de la pared externa hacia abajo de modo que la mezcla de reacción de poliuretano espume en dirección ascendente para llenar la cavidad, considerando que el procedimiento se caracteriza porque la mezcla de reacción de poliuretano comprende un componente isocianato B que reacciona con una emulsión que comprende (I) una composición reactiva con isocianato A, que contiene una mezcla de poliol A1 que consiste en al menos tres polioles A1a, A1b y A1c como la fase continua y (II) al menos un agente de expansión física T como la fase dispersa, en la que: (i) A1a es un poliéter poliol que tiene un valor hidroxilo de 15 mg de KOH/g a 550 mg de KOH/g y una funcionalidad de 1,5 a 6,0, obtenido por la adición de un epoxi a uno o más compuestos iniciadores seleccionados del grupo que consiste en carbohidratos y alcoholes difuncionales o de funcionalidad superior; (II) A1b es un poliéter poliol que tiene un valor hidroxilo de 100 mg de KOH/g a 550 mg de KOH/g y una funcionalidad de 1,5 a 5,0, obtenido por la adición de un epoxi a una amina aromática; (iii) A1c es un poliéster-poliéter-po liol que tiene un valor hidroxilo de 100 mg de KOH/g a 450 mg de KOH/g y una funcionalidad de 1,5 a 3,5, obtenido por la adición de un epoxi al producto de esterificación de un derivado de ácido dicarboxílico aromático y un alcohol difuncional o de funcionalidad superior. La invención se refiere además a una pieza moldeada aislante preparada mediante este procedimiento.
