Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una variante de celulasa obtenida de una celulasa de origen, caracterizada porque la variante es una forma madura que tiene actividad de celulasa, que comprende una secuencia que es por lo menos 95% idéntica a la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 3, y comprende una sustitución en la posición 203, en donde las posiciones están numeradas por correspondencia con la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 3,y en donde la sustitución provoca que la variante de celulosa tenga una carga neta más negativa en comparación con la celulasa de origen.
