Abstract
Una implementación particular detecta los artefactos de corte de escena en una corriente de bit sin reconstruir el video. Un artefacto de corte de escena normalmente se observa en el video decodificado (1) cuando una imagen de corte de escena en el video original es recibida parcialmente o (2) cuando una imagen se refiere a una imagen de corte de escena perdida en el video original.
