Abstract

Se proporcionan métodos para mejorar el título de proteínas recombinantes y el título de células en cultivo celular usando medios de cultivo celular que tienen impurezas reducidas, y así como medios de cultivo celular que tienen impurezas reducidas que pueden usarse para la producción de una proteína recombinante y células con título mejorado. El medio de cultivo celular que tiene impurezas reducidas comprende un amortiguador HEPES, y las impurezas reducidas son impurezas relacionadas con HEPES.
