Abstract

Un acero para cadena de minería y un método de fabricación del mismo, en donde el acero tiene composiciones en porcentaje en peso: C: 0.20~0.28 %, Si: 0.01~0.40 %, Mn: 0.50~1.50 %, P=0.015 %, S=0.005 %, Cr:0.30~2.00 %, Ni: 0.50~2.00 %, Mo: 0.10~0.80 %, Cu: 0.01~0.30 %, Al: 0.01~0.05 %, Nb:0.001~0.10 %, V: 0.001~0.10 %, H=0.00018 %, N=0.0150 %, O=0.0020 %, y el resto es Fe e impurezas inevitables. El método de fabricación comprende las etapas de fundición, refinación y tratamiento al vacío, colada, calentamiento, forja o laminación, y procesos de tratamiento térmico de templado y revenido. El acero de la presente invención tiene alta resistencia y buena dureza al impacto, buena elongación y reducción del área. El acero también puede resistir el agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión y tener buena resistencia a la intemperie, resistencia al desgaste y resistencia a la fatiga, lo que puede usarse en escenarios donde se requiere acero de alta resistencia y dureza, tales como maquinaria de construcción e ingeniería marina.
