Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a compuestos de la fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) donde Q se selecciona de O o S; R1 es un grupo heterocíclico no aromático que comprende al menos un átomo de nitrógeno de anillo, donde R1 se enlaza al átomo de azufre del grupo sulfonilurea mediante un átomo de carbono de anillo y donde R1 puede sustituirse opcionalmente; y R2 es un grupo cíclico sustituido en la posición a, donde R2 puede sustituirse opcionalmente de forma adicional. La presente invención se refiere además a sales, solvatos y profármacos de dichos compuestos, a composiciones farmacéuticas de dichos compuestos, y al uso de dichos compuestos en el tratamiento y la prevención de trastornos médicos y enfermedades, más particularmente mediante la inhibición de NLRP3.
