Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar un componente de chapa (3, 3', 3") con precisión dimensional, en donde el procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: - preformar una chapa (1) para dar lugar a una preforma de chapa (2) que presenta al menos un área de fondo (2.1), un área de pared lateral (2.2), un área de transición (2.4) entre las áreas de fondo y de pared lateral, opcionalmente un área de reborde (2.3) y un área de transición (2.5) entre las áreas de pared lateral y de reborde, en donde al menos una de las áreas (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5) presenta al menos por zonas material en exceso (4, M); - cortar al menos por zonas la preforma de chapa (2) para dar lugar a una preforma de chapa cortada (2') con un borde preformado de chapa (2'.31); y - recalcar y/o calibrar la preforma de chapa cortada al menos por zonas (2') para dar lugar a un componente de chapa (3, 3', 3'') conformado esencialmente acabado.
